Appartement spacieux, propre, calme, et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Climatisation parfaite tant dans le sĂ©jour que dans le couloir qui dessert les chambres et la salle de bain.Terrasse avec vue sur la mer une quinzaine de mĂštres plus bas.Le chemin piĂ©tonnier GR trĂšs agrĂ©able en bord de mer permet de rejoindre en une dizaine de minutes 2 plages splendides.Communication parfaite avec les gĂ©rants qui sont trĂšs arrangeants et rĂ©actifs, câest trĂšs agrĂ©able. Lâescalier dont parlent certains entre le parking et lâimmeuble nâest pas un problĂšme dans la mesure oĂč il est possible de descendre en voiture devant lâentrĂ©e pour dĂ©poser les passagers qui ont besoin dâun accĂšs de plain pied, avant de remonter parquer la voiture dans sa place rĂ©servĂ©e (accĂšs trĂšs facile par exemple pour ma 308SW).Le centre de Roses est accessible Ă pied, la rĂ©gion est sublime, et cet emplacement permet de rayonner facilement alentours.En rĂ©sumĂ© : vacances trĂšs rĂ©ussies !

AprĂšs une belle semaine sur Roses je vais faire un point entre les -et +.
Pour les plus: appartement trÚs bien situé sur Canyelles avec une super vu mer.
Appartement bien agencé avec une belle terrasse.
Appartement calme malgré des bruits de canalisations par moment.
Pour les moins: stationnement avec beaucoup de marches escarpées.
Ă notre arrivĂ©e climatisation en panne qui nous a obligĂ© de laisser la porte dĂ» palier ouverte en permanence afin de faire un courant dâair (avantage nous avons rencontrĂ© les voisins đ)
Je tiens à préciser que la propriétaire à fait un geste.

Der Roses Urlaub war einer der schönsten den wir gemacht haben.
Die Wohnung war top.
Der Herr von der Agentur der die Ăbergabe gemacht hat, war sehr sehr nett und hat sein bestes gegeben um es uns auf englisch verstĂ€ndlich zu machen, ein sehr witziger charmante Person.
Eigentlich gibt es fast nix zu bemÀngeln, alles war top, in der Wohnung war alles was man benötigt hatte.
Und die Aussicht vom Balkon ein Traum.
Nur eine Sache hat sehr gestört, das stĂ€ndige Treppen laufen zum Parkplatz und fĂŒr unseren Bus auch ziemlich klein. Sonst TOP

Bonjour, habituĂ©e Ă la baie de Roses, un chgmt cette annĂ©e pr Canyelle. Un appartement plus moderne. Une climatisation ds le salon mais insuffisante pr les chambres. Il serait peut ĂȘtre intĂ©ressant de mettre des ventilateurs plafonniers. Et pr plus d hygie changer les tapis en laine contre des tapis coco. Sinon un sĂ©jour super, des rochers et du sable, le soleil plus qu'au rdv. Bref l'Espagne đđ
