High standing house in Canyelles with capacity for 8 people. It has a spacious and quiet terrace with private swimming-pool, where you can see a wonderful panoramic view of the Roses Bay. It is a 5 minute driving from the Centre of Roses, there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can taste the best fresh fish. Nearby is the Canyelles Petites Beach, for many people one of the best beaches on the Girona Coast. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.

Les : la villa et la localisation. Vue à couper le souffle et jolie villa ( grande, récente, sobre). Les - : services qui ne sont pas à la hauteur de la gamme de prix: les lits ne sont pas faits à l'arrivée, pour une location de 2 semaines pas de changement de serviettes ni de ménage intermédiaire. Les équipements sont en sous nombre pour 8 : vaisselle limitée ( un seul saladier par exemple), four mais pas de grand plats pour le four, pas de ciseaux, peu de couteaux, un seul économe. Ni sel ni huile à l'arrivée, pas de torchons. 2 transats pour 8. Dommage que le balcon à l'étage, très grand et très agréable, ne soit pas du tout aménagé ( transats ou autre). Pas de clé pour le portillon du bas ( si vous voulez bénéficier du raccourci il vous faudra passer par dessus le muret !). Pas de petit guide à l'intérieur (il doit y avoir un raccourci pour la plage mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvé et la seule réponse de l'agence a été : la plage est à 1km). Bref...Enfin on sent que le site manque d'entretien ( tête de lit d'une chambre qui s'effrite, traces de dégâts des eaux ( bas de porte gondolée, reprise de peinture).J'enlève donc une étoile à cette très belle location pour les services qui sont vraiment en deçà de ce que l'on peut attendre pour ce prix. Je precise qu'elle reste un lieu magnifique pour l'instant ( manque de soin à l'entretien mais l'ensemble étant recent, ça passe).La route en bas n'est pas du tout passante et le lieu est calme.
