Welcome to Tranquil at Rosedale, a brand new holiday home in the picturesque village of Rosedale. This beautifully designed property comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families or groups looking to relax in style and comfort.

Step into an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space that flows seamlessly onto an outdoor deck, ideal for entertaining or enjoying the peaceful surrounds. The deck overlooks a stunning spotted gum tree, providing the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or keep cool with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area, ensuring year-round comfort. There is also a second living area with a wet bar and another dining table. Free Wifi and a smart TV make this house the ultimate in convenience.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, and private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, while the kids' room boasts a tri-bunk, making it a great space for little ones to enjoy. Families with babies are well catered for with a change table and childrens toys and books available.

The family bathroom includes a full-sized bath for relaxation, and the laundry is equipped with both a washer and dryer for your convenience. A double garage offers secure parking for your vehicles.
