This lovely coastal property has 5 bedrooms (one with ensuite) two upstairs and three downstairs, two additional bathrooms, two spacious living areas with TVs, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. The home has decks on both levels, a games room with a ping pong table, and a soccer/fuse ball table. Sit back and enjoy a BBQ and enjoy the ocean views.
Easy walking distance to Garden Bay Beach (600m) or Malua Bay Beach (500m) which is patrolled during the summer months. Spend time walking around the coastline or exploring the many bays and coves in the area.
Malua Bay shops (groceries, chemist, post office, alcohol, take away, and Raymond’s Famous Chinese Restaurant) are either a short walk or 2 2-minute drive.
Clubs for dining include Malua Bay Bowling Club, Tomakin Sports Club, Catalina Country Club, or Bateman’s Bay Soldiers Club.

Great holiday house
This house was ideal for our family, which included small children. It's the best child friendly home we have ever stayed in, with all necessary precautions taken by the owners. The house was beautifully presented and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for a beautiful property. We loved the location, all of the rooms and space. The furniture and bedsd were good quality and comfortable. The kids loved the downstairs games room and the green grass and beautifully cared for back garden. The front garden was beautifully landscaped with lovely foliage and flowers. We loved cooking up a storm in the kitchen that was well designed and equiped. It was an amazing stay and we hope to be back!

Ideal family getaway
Excellent property with lots of room for adults and kids. The games room got a good workout from all of us - there was table tennis, darts and pool on offer. The home has a nice outlook and it is a reasonably short walk to Malua Bay beach. Highly recommended!
