Very old decor; janky window unit air conditioner that seemed like at any minute it would blow up; bathroom missing parts of wall/plaster due to leaking shower; just hoping there wasn’t mold in the walls

It was a nice play for the price. We got an upgrade because staff said being near the pool can be loud. Breakfast had a good amount of choices. The only negative was the sauna didn’t work. Overall, I’d stay there again.

They immediately fixed the sauna when it quit working. The pool area was great for our birthday party. The had vending machines for sweets and pop. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of options. They cleaned our room every day of our 4 day stay and kept us stocked with towels.

A very enjoyable stay at the Roseau AmericInn. Issues or request were handled right away and with a smile. And the breakfast was more than expected, even on a fully booked morning of hockey players.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our handicapped accessible room had a piece of the wall missing from the shower wall. The tile floor was old. Bathroom needs updating. The room had a smell. The front desk personnel were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. We have had better rooms at this hotel previously so we will request a newer room next time.
