Magnificent villa of 154 m2 on a plot of 738m2 sea view with swimming pool, air-conditioned, free wifi, for 10 people (all suitable for disabled) 6 adults and 4 children under 16 years of age.

Superb sea view from each room and on the Saint Tropez golf course, with a cinema in ISSAMBRES. Come and discover this pretty house of 154 m² on a plot of 718 m2 built in 2007 and renovated in 2017 with new bedding. Very calm luxury environment in a dead end near the Massif de l'Estérel, Plaine des Maures, Fréjus, Saint Raphaël and Sainte Maxime.

2 terraces:
- One facing south, sea view, with a pool 8m long and 5m wide on one side and 3.50m on the other, a WEBER gas barbecue and 2 electric blinds with anemometers.
- The other to the north to enjoy the freshness and the landscaped garden.

Ground floor :
- Living / dining room of 45 m² with direct access to the 2 terraces.
- A superb fitted kitchen of almost 20 m² with American fridge and built-in appliances and a south-facing terrace access.
- A room of 13 m² with wardrobe and clothes rack, whose decoration and bedding date from September 2017 (160 * 200).

Excellent villa!

We stayed in this very beautiful villa in May 2018. The house is situated in the hills above Les Issambres, about 3 km from the coast. A car for shopping and doing trips is essential. The description of the house is absolutely correct. Everything is in top condition and the house has been thoroughly renovated recently. The heated pool was great for our kids. There is a large terrasse and enough chairs and tables for 10 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Everyday supplies like oil, vinegar or spices etc. are in the house and should be replaced when emptied. We found this very comfortable as we did not have to buy everything and then throw things away half full (we came by plane and could not take things back home). Both the home owner and Annie, who looks after the house in the owner's absence, were very keen on helping us with any problem we might have. For guests booking from the German website it must be said that the German site gave the wrong information that bed linen and towels are in the house. This is not the case. As we do not possess the superzize sheets and duvet covers which are needed for the double beds, the owner helped us out and provided us with the necessary equipment. Thank you very much again. All in all, we had a great stay in this house and can only recommend it firmly to future guests.
