Beautiful villa with new furniture from February 2020 :)
Ideally located between Saint Aygulf and Les Issambres 600 m from the sea and less than 5 minutes drive from shops, entertainment, restaurants, private beaches, but also perfect for diving enthusiasts, or coves innumerable reserve for amateurs and savvy pictures in unforgettable heads.
It is also very nice to know that one of the beaches has the rare advantage of being in very shallow water, ideal for children in low or very low ages with supervision of course :)
Our villa is in the heart of a garden composed of Mediterranean plants and trees.
You can enjoy it as a couple or with friends, by preparing aperitifs by the pool without notice, or on the large terrace or you will also be nice to prepare the meal on the griddle or barbecue, this one you will allow you to rest on the deckchairs that await you for a rest with the scent of the Mediterranean essences
Perfectly equipped, do not clutter, you will find everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, American fridge, espresso machine, coffee maker, etc ... But also, baby bed, hair dryer, ironing center: (first aid kit for possible minor injuries, Etc ...

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto bella, arredata con cura e pulita. Camere da letto grandi e con ogni comfort. Bagni super. Utile avere una seconda cucina al primo piano. Bellissime in generale tutte le stanze della casa e gli ambienti circostanti. Bella anche la zona solarium e la piscina. La casa è in collina quindi per il ritorno dal mare si deve camminare un po’ in salita. Da migliorare il Wi-Fi perché in parecchie zone della casa non prendeva. In generale, soggiorno ottimo, siamo molto soddisfatti.

Tolle Villa mit Pool – Müllsack nicht vergessen! Schöne große Villa in Roquebrune-sur-Argens – viel Platz, zwei Etagen, eigener Pool (zweimal gereinigt – top!), großer Garten, Tischtennis und gemütliche Lounge-Ecken.Aber: Grill war nicht sauber, Möbel teils alt, Waschküche im gruseligen Keller. Es gab nur 1 Müllsack, 1 Geschirrspültab und kaum Klopapier – also unbedingt selbst mitbringen!Auto ist ein Muss – zu Fuß ist’s einfach zu heiß und zu weit. In ca. 600 m gibt’s aber eine coole Lounge mit Schwimmbereich.Fazit: Tolles Haus mit kleinen Macken – insgesamt sehr schön!

Bonjour, C'est malheureux car le séjour n'a pas eu lieu, car une fois la résidence réservée sur Abritel et payée, montant débité de mon compte, le propriétaire envoie un mail pour me dire que la résidence n'est pas disponible! Alors que c'est déjà payé. La réservation était faite le 17 juillet 2024, nous sommes le 9 août, j'attends toujours mon remboursement. Je vous remercie de faire le nécessaire pour me rembourser. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallenen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das eine oder andere ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen, z.Bsp. die Dusche im Obergeschoss. Insgesammt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Super Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Das Grundstück mit Terrasse ist wunderschön und die Lage ist toll. Zu Fuß ist man ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand unterwegs, also gut machbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht wirklich nur Französisch, aber mit Schulfranzösisch oder Google Übersetzer ist das auch kein Problem. Wir bekamen zwei Tage vorher eine Handynummer um unsere Ankunftszeit abzusprechen. Die Übergabe war freundlich und problemlos. Der Müll muss runter an die Hauptstraße gebracht werden und die Einfahrt ist etwas eng und steil (wie alle in der Gegend), also besser direkt vor dem Tor parken. Im Haus gibt es drei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ein separates Babybett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Doppel-Schlafsofa, das durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt ist. Der Pool ist schön und ab Juni (wir waren zu acht und in den Pfingstferien dort) auch unbeheizt warm genug. Liegen und Terrassenmöbel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Gegend bietet sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe villa, que du bonheur :)

La villa est mieux en vrai que sur les photos, vraiment une belle surprise, une belle adresse, le secteur est tranquille et rassurant, la déco n'est pas quitch, on s'y sent vraiment très bien, la villa est bien entrenue et la propreté impécable, les terrsasses sont très agréables et super spacieuces, la vue est dégagée et la végétation fait pensée aux îles. Je n'ai qu'un seul regret, ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps... mais j'y reviendrai, c'est sûr. Et 6 étoiles le prestataire à la sortie, super sympa :) Merci

Licht und Schatten

Vorab- Man sollte französisch sprechen können! Drei Tage vor Anreise konnte ich immer noch keinen Check In (Fewo- App extra downgeloadet) anklicken und hatte auch keine Info vom Vermieter (trotz mehrmaligen Anschreiben) wie die Übergabe des Hauses erfolgen soll. Kontakt mit Fewo- Direkt habe ich dann via Chat aufgenommen, da es telefonisch nicht möglich war. Es erfolgte eine Rückmeldung - endlich auch vom Vermieter. Übergabe am Ankunftstag 16:00 sollte erfolgen. Wir waren um 15:30 vor Ort und haben beim Vermieter angerufen, da das Haus verschlossen war. Mit Hilfe eines Dolmetschers (ein Freund von mir in München, der mit dem Vermieter gesprochen hat) erhielten wir Anweisungen von ihm wo sich der Schlüssel befindet und einige Verbote (Müll täglich zum Parkplatz entsorgen ; Auto nicht aufs Grundstück etc..) Verbot 1 machte auch Sinn, da auch die Nachbargrundstücke teilweise unbewohnt waren und wir hier von Natur und entsprechenden Tieren sprechen. Verbot 2 gilt aus meiner Sicht nur wenn man ein größeres Auto hat, da die Einfahrt eng und etwas steil ist. Dann gab es längere Diskussionen per SMS mit dem Vermieter (google Translator), da es aus seiner Sicht keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher in Corona Zeiten gibt. Nach Zusendung der Vertragsunterlagen, gab er uns letztendlich den Code für den Keller, wo sich welche befand. Ansonsten war das Haus und das Grundstück in einem technisch hochwertigen und sauberen Zustand. Leider wurde der Pool erst am Samstag perfekt mit Saugroboter vor unserer Abreise von Blättern und Palmennüssen von jemanden gereinigt. In der Woche habe ich es so gut es ging mit einem Kescher selbst gemacht. Der Grill war voller alter Kohle und nicht nutzbar. Ich habe schön öfter bei Fewo- direkt gebucht und eine Übergabe und Einweisung hat bislang immer persönlich oder über einen Verwalter stattgefunden. Das hätten wir uns hier auch gewünscht. Bei der Abreise haben wir das Haus sauber hinterlassen und auch nicht abgewartet, ob noch jemand eine Abnahme macht. Insgesamt ist das Haus und Grundstück sehr wertig und gut ausgestattet; der knapp 1 km entfernte Strand ist sehr schön und mit einem Parkplatz versehen, der nichts kostet.

Bonjour, nous étions venu le vendredi 11/06/2021 jusqu’au lundi 14/06 pour l’anniversaire de mon fils… quelle déception cette villa ! le ménage n’avait pas été fait , jusqu’à retrouvé un mouchoir usager derrière la télévision ! et c’est pas tout… beaucoup de choses ne sont plus fonctionnels dans la villa… ne pas essayer de faire une machine à laver car sinon les plombs de la maison sautent ! la piscine est trouble car la pompe ne fonctionne pas, aucune information pour faire fonctionner les lumières en extérieur (ah oui les ampoules ont étés dévissés volontairement aussi???) rien pour faire le ménage… les matelas etc pour les chaises longues sont sales (humidité), ce qui est drôle c’est au moment de rendre les clefs : la femme de ménage arrive et inspecte la maison et lance un « vous m’avez mise en congé » et oui nous avons laisser la maison bien + propre qu’au moment où nous l’avons eu, y a eu zéro état des lieux en arrivant, on a dû récupérer la clef dans un boîtier à code à l’extérieur de la villa ! Il serait bon de faire un rafraîchissement et de faire un inventaire des choses qui ne fonctionnent plus dans la maison (machine à café, machine à laver….) Voilà voilà !

Wunderschönes Anwesen, Toplage zur Erkundung

Effektiv existieren 3 Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer. Ein Wohn-Schlafsofa wird bei Bedarf ergänzt durch zwei Kinderbetten. Objekt ist liebevoll außen wie innen angelegt bzw. eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausschließlich französisch möglich! Bis auf fehlende Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet. Lage gut sowohl zum Erkunden der Küste als auch des Hinterlandes. Pool ist schön, aber recht intensiv gechlort. Insgesamt Daumen klar nach oben, tolle Erholung.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison sur les hauteurs de Saint Aygulf. La maison est spacieuse, au calme, avec une jolie vue sur la vallée. La piscine était très agréable. Le propriétaire est très réactif et à l'écoute. Et pour finir, L'emplacement de la maison est idéal. La mer n'est pas loin, Frejus non plus.

Excellentes vacances dans une magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très grande maison. Piscine très agréable comme les espaces extérieurs. Les enfants ont appréciés la table de ping-pong et leur espace à l’étage de la maison. Un propriétaire très sympathique et disponible au téléphone en cas de besoins. Un emplacement idéal au calme et proche des commerces, restaurants et plages. Excellent séjour.
