Detached villa, sea view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, with level access, on enclosed land of approximately 1500 m², facing south, comprising: two bedrooms (17 m² and 15 m²) + cupboards, 1 living room: 40 m² opening onto south and south-east terraces, sea view, 1 new fitted kitchen, 15m², (serving hatch with the living room), 1 adjoining storeroom with washing machine, 1 shower room, sink and bidet, + cupboard, 1 toilet with hand basin, with separate WC, parking behind the house with direct level access, 3 terraces: North-east, covered and shaded of 14 m², South, open + South-east adjoining, covered and sheltered, total: 30m², sea view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, garden view over the sea. Equipment: bedding: 2 single beds 160x200, extra: a 120 sofa bed, a 140 BZ. Outdoors, teak garden furniture, relax and mattress, charcoal barbecue, parasol. We are an agency and a rental agreement will be established between the lessor and us.
