The living room leads out to a terrace. There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a French bed (160 cm) and access to a balcony, while the other bedroom also features a French bed (160 cm). This level also has a shower/WC and a double hand basin.
