It was a very smooth stay. Even though everything was manual, we were able to reach the owner via WhatsApp whenever we needed, which made things easy. The only downside was the quality of the shampoo, but overall it was a pleasant stay — just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and close to 24/7 shops like Carrefour Express. Thank you very much

The room was large, the AC worked well & the bed was comfortable. Very quiet area and close to dining & grocery market options. The colosseum was a short walking distance. The hotel felt very secure. Even though there were no staff present for check-in, they were very responsive on WhatsApp & provided easy to follow instructions for check-in. They also arranged & scheduled shuttle transportation to the airport at our request. Would stay here again!

The location was excellent, close to the coliseum and the train station. Felt extremely safe, with code provided to enter premises. We were greeted on arrival by Angie who was friendly and helpful in settling in. Loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was done live over the phone as there is no front desk at the location so we interacted with the cleaning staff to provide our passport information and pay the city tax. Very close to the Colloseum and restaurants, and the cafe next door comes in handy. Some reviews mentioned they thought it was close to the train station, but I felt that would have been a long walk with luggage coming from Roma Termini. Because there is no front desk we communicated with Whats App and they were helpful providing a driver on our departure in the early morning to the airport.

Everything went smooth from day 1. First time in Italy and was a great experience. We had transportation from and to the airport. Our hotel host Angie was amazing. Rooms where great size and close to colosseum and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
