Disliked: Cleanliness
Well, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Unfortunately, the rental was not in the condition described in the listing. The sheets had black stains and appeared dirty, and the whole apartment needed a deep cleaning, there was dust everywhere and crumbs left on the table. The apartment was very dirty even the floor.In addition, there weren’t enough towels provided for the number of guests and days, I don’t want to use the same towel everyday. The elevator was out of service, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. This made it quite difficult to bring up our luggage two flights of stairs.I also want to mention that several windows were broken or didn’t seal properly, allowing a lot of outside noise into the rental and making it impossible to fully close them. We could barely rest. I know the rental is located in a centric place however some of the rooms you could not hear the noise but the other rooms where the windows were not closing were terrible.I hope you can address these issues for future guests, as the property has potential but really needs better maintenance and transparency in the listing. Location was very nice.
