We stayed there instead of staying at an airport hotel. It was lovely. We did not have time to enjoy the facilities. The restaurant was excellent.

Our room was not ready by 3 pm check in. Went to drinks at the bar and took 20 minutes to be served. We had to ask several times to bring a replacement hair dryer. Restaurant food and service was excellent.

Excellent option if you need an overnight coming or going from Rome Fiumicino Airport. We have previously stayed at the Rome Airport Hilton and found QC Terme Roma SPA to be a nice alternative and just a few minutes drive from the airport. A shuttle or private taxi is available provided for a small fee. The room was well appointed. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival, provided assistance with luggage at check-in and check out. The restaurant was excellent. As others have mentioned the spa is open to the public and quite busy. Expect less from the spa and you will likely be pleased.

An oasis right next door to the airport. Great place to unwind upon arrival or departure.

The best "overnight hotel at the airport" in the world!

This could possibly be the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. I stupidly thought I was booking a upscale airport hotel with a nice pool, boy was I wrong. This was a world class hydro therapy spa with almost endless pools, hot tubs, saunas, steamrooms, and relaxation rooms all spread throughout the most amazing and beautiful grounds. Do yourself a favor and stay here or at least visit the spa while in or near Rome. Can’t say enough good things

I am a big fan of QC Terme hotels but this hotel failed to live up to the experiences i've had previously. Starting from check-in we felt un welcome and as if our visit was an inconvenience to front desk staff. We were not informed of any of the special events or amenities of the hotel we may want to know about. We did however pre book spa appointments and were informed if we wanted to use any of the spa facilities we would need to pay an additional 70 euros. I suppose thats understandable and we paid the additional 70, but the experience was terrible. They didn't inform us about some sort of champagne and appetizer thing going on so we didn't know or have access to any of those privileges. We did however have to listen to numerous people screaming and laughing and yelling in the spa. Leaving there flutes and napkins and trash everywhere. With no one monitoring the spa area so for the additional 70 dollars I had a very un relaxing un enjoyable experience. My mother decided to not even use the spa with the chaos taking place. Breakfast is additional, room service is an additional 18 euros per person, a tiny bottle of water or tiny bag of chips costs 6 euro, shuttle must be booked 24 hours in advance, they're currently doing construction, the reception circle is closed so you have to walk a long way with your luggage to check in and then to your room through the construction. So while I don't mind paying for a great experience, this felt over the top for what you get.

Beautiful property and amazing spa area. Great first or last stop in the Rome or Italy area. Could get crowded in the evening on peak times, but room with spa access (a must) gives you arrival day and the day after. A very upscale joint.

The property is beautiful and elegant. We only stumbled upon it as it is close to Rome airport. A must stay. The food is great. The massage and spa was fantastic.

Pretty grounds, didn’t have time to use amenities.........................

This hotel is a fabulous place. Great place for R&R.

Great spa hotel near airport but feels like a private estate

Unfortunately we were there less than 20 hours. But it was relaxing and just what the doctor ordered after traveling around southern Italy and Sicily for a month...only wish we had planned to stay a couple days longer. Next time we go to Italy we will be booking our last couple days at this beautiful resort.

Nice hotel, better not to go on Sunday because the spa is open to the public

We reserved a room for our overnight layover and it was close to the Airport. The free shuttle service was also an added benefit. We looked forward to the day spa....however, we were not permitted to use the spa until we were physically checked into a room. Check in time was 3 p.m. and our room was not ready until almost 4 p.m. They wanted to charge us 20 euros if we wanted to use the Spa...yet the room rate we paid included Spa amenities. We had to leave early the next morning, so technically, we only had a few hours to use the facilities at the end of the day when the sun was setting and it was getting a bit chilly in mid October. I did not like that at all since a full day pass was 50 Euros. In addition, it was quite crowded since we were there on the weekend. I think that they should limit the amount of people using the facilities so that the hotel guests were not overrun with the day time guests. Also, the waters in the spa were not that hot so basically it was like a water park for adults and not a true spa treatment facility. We did book a half hour massage which was nice. The hotel experience was excellent and we did enjoy the lunch time buffet for 22euros each but it did provide all the food and drink .....I did not find that price excessive for what we got. The staff was very accommodating we did receive a free upgrade to our room for the delay in checking us in. It would be have been much better if we could have used the amenities when we arrived.

Great hotel. Can't believe it's so charming and just minutes away from the airport. Food onsite is a little expensive and the elevator didn't work so it was tough with my heavy luggage--otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Would definitely return again but would make sure to pack lighter! Would also try to get there earlier so that I could enjoy the spa experience.
