It was a struggle to check in. There was no person at reception even though we arrived aroun 6:30pm. We have to work with our phone to check in while data was very slow. Luckyly, one of the resident in the building helped us. The room we booked was #106, which was supposed to be on the 1st floor. It was actually in the basement of the building. It was very difficult to bring the suitcases down the stairs which was very narrow and turned twice. The room was very small and 2 single beds were set up in the kichen. The room was facing the busing street, where tram ran. We felt the street shaking every time the tram passed by. The tram didn't stop until 1am an started at 5:30am. So no rest. After spending over $300 USD, it is not worth it. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this room.

Room was very clean and cute, felt like you were in someone’s home. The process to get into the property was a little confusing but the owner helped us out and after that it was no problem. Location was excellent - very close to the metro, many food locations, and across the street from the Leonardo Di Vinci museum and many luxury shops.

It was okay overall. The property is essentially five rooms within a larger complex. The location was convenient—close to the Metro, supermarket, and city center. However, the bed was noisy, the shower was quite small, and the TV/internet didn’t work. Accessing the second part of the building was also a bit inconvenient.

The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room itself is small and also the shower. But apart from this everything else was good. They cleaned our room every day and changed towels. The location also is very good. Overall good value for money!

The room was clean, the staff friendly. We loved how close it was to a grocery store, the metro, and via del corsa....we enjoyed many strolls in the evenings. Even stumbling upon the spanish steps one night. It was wonderful. Only thing i would suggest is a microwave....maybe in the common area? I had pasta i would have loved to heat up and eat. Thank you for everything!

This is a perfect place to stay in Rome! So convenient and right near museums, Borghese Gardens, shopping and dining. The best part is that it’s just steps from a metro stop. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend!
