We stayed for 5 nights with our two children (6 and 8). We were in a family suite (one king bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed). It was much larger then we expected, with plenty of room for all of us including plenty of hanging space for clothes etc. The little kitchenette with coffee machine with pods was super handy too. You are in the midst of it all at this location and we could easily walk to lots of the sights. The breakfast on the roof terrace was great. Had a massage at their spa thrown in when booking via their website too :-)
We reserved this room as part of a package deal to 4 cities that we went to and were very pleased with the suite they gave us. Clean modern, great location. Standing at the front door you can walk to 6 restaurants, and many shops. Navona square is 5 blocks away, Pantheon 10 minutes. We loved it.
We spend a couple of good days in Rome staying at Navona Palace. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was served at the rooftop terrace and the staff is very nice and helpfull. There is a great bar and restaurant just around the corner from the hotel.
This is a wonderful little hotel RIGHT in the heart of Rome, ideal for sightseeing, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The ONLY downside if the teeny tiny breakfast area, I don't think the hotel was full and we were literally treading on each other to try and make toast and get cereal.
This is no "palace", we found out the hardway. For the price its barely average. A true measure of a hotel, however is how they handle you when there is an issue and they have to rectify. In our case they failed miserably and painfully. We made a mistake on our arrival date but we thought this was rectified by Dylan when we confirmed the correct date to be picked up at the airort. The hotel also showed us staying for 3 nights instead of 4. When we questioned this with the awful Irene at the front desk, all she could say repeatedly was, "you are prepaid." Repeated emails to management (or so I thought) were responded with "you are pre paid" again and again. In other words: Too bad we got your money!! Below some smooth talker will add a pathetic and disingenuous response. But the bottom line is will always be that we are out over $250 for a room that we did not use for one night. Obviously, I would avoid this hotel like a plague as the customer service is non existent.
Writing this review a little late but great suite with awesome location. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in organising activities around Rome for us and we loved the free mini-bar which was refilled every day!
We have plus and minuses for this boutique hotel, read through the end so you are fully aware before booking. The location is great, it's in the center of Rome, nice walking distance to the Vatican, the Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish steps etc. We did walk everywhere, literally. Wear confused shoes and no need to use transportation. There are plenty of nice, good restaurants from the moment you step outside the hotel. Downside, the internet does not work at all! We got the room "Moon 14" in the 4th floor. The AC did not work, we were sweating through the night. We complained the 1st night and they gave us all kind of excuses but never offered anything. Also, this room is next to the kitchen, therefore there is lots of noise starting as early as 6am, impossible to sleep. We complained again during check-out asking to reconsider the rate, we were told they couldn't because we booked through booking.com. "if you had complained earlier we could have offer a massage or free breakfast", excuse me? Again, great location but we had an overall bad experience as we couldn't sleep well.
I had a suite which was decorated very beautiful, cute and clean. the location was great and hotel was surrounded with a lot of narrow connected paths. Roof restaurant has unique view and you can find high quality foods there. the main problem for me was continuous interruption in internet which they couldn't fix it. I recommend to experience this hotel at least for once.
No words to explain this excellent experience! I don't want to rewrite what others had sayed about the Great location and and... I want to speak a little about the rooms: big rooms, suites I don't know what but they are excellent, wood flooring, wooden ceiling, big bagno like jacousi, very comfortable, breakfast on the roof with a view 👍🏻very old and beautiful building. BRAVO 👋🏻
We had the suite and LOVED it- more for the neighborhood and ambience than any room characteristics! It was so charming and enchanting! We were in the midst of Roman street life- cafes, bars, breakfast on the terrace- and impeccable service. Couldn't be better!! We will come back and recommend to friends!!!
