Excellent stay, excellent service, excellent cleanliness. The host, Francesco,was absolutely excellent! He showed us where to go, and what to do in Rome. He explained everything on a map he provided. The room was located in an excellent spot, as well. A few minutes from the Vatican, the train station, restaurants, cafe's, bus stops, etc..

This is not a typical hotel. It has a part-time clerk who is wonderfully helpful. There are a limited number of comfortable, modern, and well kept rooms. Its main feature is its proximity to the Vatican and local sites.

Excellent and comfortable stay

Excellent stay, went way beyond our expectation. The host Francesco is amazing and super helpful. He gave us a lot of tips on places to visit and eat around the city and all of the recommendations were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and the place is only minutes away from the bus and train station but also minutes away from walking to some of the top locations in the city. Would definitely recommend the place.
