We found it odd that the electricity key had to be surrendered at the front desk. While we understood the purpose, it was inconvenient to retrieve it whenever we needed to return to the room especially with a taxi or Uber waiting outside.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. My friend got hurt and was on crutches, they let us check in early and were extremely accommodating to her needs. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is definitely overrated. The staff is very rude. The lobby lacks air conditioning and smells really bad when you enter the hotel. The rooms are clean but you can hear conversations from the other rooms as well as every time a toilet is flushed in another rooms which woke me up a few times at night. The location of the hotel is ugly. Very dirty area, many homeless people sleeping on the streets around the hotel. No shops nor nice restaurants within walking distance. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
