Excellent service, Hotel super clean and the staff always ready to help… The staff were extremely helpful. While we were out for an activity, my friend’s mom got sick to her stomach. She called the front desk, and they immediately helped her. They speak Spanish (tri-lingual), and they even went to a local pharmacy to get medication for her mom. Very, very helpful. Also u was there yo celebrate my b-day they have a cake an candies for me

I would say this hotel wasn’t horrible. But the pictures are misleading. The room was minuscule and I think there was a sewage problem because our bathroom stunk like poop whole whole 2 days we were there. I’d say the only good thing abt it was that it was extremely easy to get to and from the train station from this hotel. Besides Alessio, the staff was not kind really at all. Alessio was great and helped us book multiple resturaunt reservations. The others were nasty until they realized i spoke Italian. I didn’t hate my stay but I def wouldn’t go back.

The hotel was in a great location. I stayed in a single room and thought it might be too small, but it was actually perfect for one person. My room was clean, comfortable, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. I want to give special credit to the gentleman at the front desk, I hope I’m remembering his name correctly, Alessio. He was extremely helpful and informative, offering great suggestions for a solo traveler. His kindness and hospitality truly made my stay more pleasant.

The location of the property was excellent...right off the Piazza Reppublica and ample shopping strip (via Nazionale). The staff was over and beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming from beginning to end, even facilitating our prompt transportation to Fiumicino when we were leaving Rome. They provided an ample of selection of food for breakfast and daily happy hour.

Room we had was beat-up, floors were cracking and bulging like water had got on it, and the bathroom door was cracked. Rooms dark. Two small beds side by side and no way to separate them further for two friends travelling. Hotel staff were great though.

A perfect getaway

My husband and I had a perfect time at the Dharma. It was beautiful and clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet at the restaurant next door was delicious. We even went there for dinner one of the nights. Highly recommend!

Within walking distance to all major historic sites. Unfortunately, the beautiful picture that you see in the advertisement with white pillars was not part of the accommodation. Quite disappointing. There was very little living space for lounging. We used the restaurant as our lounge. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.
