Our stay at this townhome in Downtown Rome was great! We were able to walk to restaurants and it was close to the tennis center (we were there for a tennis tournament). I know it says there are only 2 parking spots, but we had room for 3 cars. The only slight issue was that the house does not seem to have any soundproofing. Not from outside of the house, but if anyone was inside the house, you could hear everything they did. If someone was up, everyone could hear them if they were trying to sleep. But the kitchen was great and had all appliances needed and we had plenty of room. The host was very responsive and I felt if I needed anything they would have assisted in any way possible.

Wedding weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in Rome. There is nothing better than going to a small town and finding the rental property is so comfortable, better than described, and with a great enclosed porch to enjoy with a cup of coffee in the morning. Would definitely book again.

Superb Accommodations

This is a lovely apartment! It has lots of bright natural light, three very comfortable bedrooms, a dining room, a well appointed kitchen and a spacious living room with lots of comfortable seating and cozy throws and pillows for snuggling in front of the TV! There is a three-season glassed in porch with comfortable seating and board games for evening fun. The apartment is situated at the far end of a well-maintained row of units - very quiet. The location is great! An easy walk to Broad Street with interesting shops and restaurants. Melissa was an attentive host and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this property for your next stay in the Rome area.

Our family of 6 loved our extended stay here over the Christmas holiday. The location is perfect, layout is great, furnishings are comfortable for even our big family, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to make meals during our stay. We will definitely book again!
