The hotel was perfect for our family. The rooms had plenty of room for kids to play. My kids loved the toys, video games, and movies. Breakfast was good and kid friendly. Staff very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to metro. We would stay here again.

I love ur breakfast, not to far from the metro, wifi was excellent! The receptionist was very helpful.

We stayed for 1 night, but it was a little far from the central area of Rome and there was not much around the area. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. We needed to check out very early and they arranged for a box breakfast. The wi-fi in the room was horrible.

Ok guys I don't usually take time to write reviews, and I travel a lot, but this place was amazing, I'm serious. 1. 15 minutes walking distance from Termini train station OR 2 minutes from THE SUBWAY stop which you can get at the Termini train station. 2. Very safe zone by their polyclinico hospital 3. AGAIN a metro stop is 2 blocks away with which one can buy a day pass and see the entire city 4. Spacious clean rooms with bunk beds and a temperpedic king bed, very nice updated bathroom with jetted tub. 5. Amazing breakfast buffet included 6. Free parking! For our rental car which we left parked and rode the metro. 7. free wifi which was a little slow but had a free mini bar too! I'll be going back to the Globus guys.

The rooms were clean and comfortable the shower was a little small breakfast was really good but the elevator was so small if you have a large suitcase you will have to take I trip per family member and bag other then that very nice place to stay

Nice location near the university and the train terminal. Great rate, excellent service .

over all good experience for the money recommend not getting the street side, intersection rooms, unless you can sleep when the cars are honking and zooming by, very noisy

It's Just OK for who reach Rome for a short stay, staff are very cooperative and friendly

A bit noisy (street, and rooms). Clean and spacious room for European standards. Location is a bit far of a walk from most monuments. Metro Station is about 10 min walk. Decent breakfast. Good value for money. I would recommend if trying to save a few bucks.

We spent 3 nights here and did siteseeing in Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We liked the hardwood floor. The AC worked well and was quiet. The complimentary cold water, juice, and sodas in the fridge were refreshing. The slippers were a nice pampering touch. The breakfast with the wide variety was fantastic. It included apricots, my favorite fruit, cheeses, pastries, and great coffees. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a cab to the airport. We loved the refreshments in the lobby throughout the day. The major historical sights were easily accesible by public transportation. The best gelato and good pizza was available just steps from the hotel. Our best hotel experience.

Good price. Close to a Metro station which makes for convenient access to most of the "must see" sights. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Good sized room.

My friends and I enjoyed staying here for a night. It was a great hotel and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly! The metro station is close to the hotel which helps with transportation. I would recommend staying here if you don't mind traveling by metro!

Although my previous experience with this website has been positive, they surprisingly have misled consumers with the only provided photo of the bathroom of this hotel. Our family reserved the "Family Room," which included two king beds, but provided with an entirely different bathroom than from what was advertised. Aside from the room inexplicably always having smelled of an exploded sewer, other concerns include being prepared to walk up a flight of steps with your luggage upon entry into this hotel, as they apparently have no practicality or regard for the handicapped or elderly, as well as a graffiti lined surrounding neighborhood, far from the more beautified areas of Rome. But these issues were the least of our concerns. The housekeeping staff was enjoying pilfering our belongings through out our stay while shamelessly collecting daily tips left for their "professional services" in burglary. From having had busy, full days spent touring, inspecting our belongings within the room upon returning in the evening had not been a priority, having been rather exhausted. This was, afterall, allegedly a "vacation," not a nightly surveillance inspection. What a mistake that was....Although my mother had noticed particular items, including a newly purchased premium designer sunglasses case (containing her old sunglasses, thankfully not her new sunglasses) and calendar, missing during our stay, she assumed they would later be found when having more time to search for the items. Having been pressed to meet for paid tours, there simply wasn't time to search thoroughly for the missing items. She had assumed, as well, having left several Euros each day as tips to the housekeeping staff, safeguarded her to some extent from possible theft. Not only had they been enjoying the tips left specifically for them each day, they unabashedly stole not only my mother's belongings, but a favorite shirt of mine as well upon later inspection. Amazingly, the housekeeping staff took their ample time, even leaving a thank you note for the daily tips while stealing. I would strongly caution anyone from staying at this hotel, as they are unconscienable thieves. Unless you want to spend your vacation burglarized of your favorite belongings, do not stay here, as there are no redeeming qualities to this hotel.

My family and I booked 2 rooms for " family room 2 king beds" I had the booking company call and I called myself 2 days before arriving because we were arriving at 11pm. They not only did have our rooms ready but didn't even have the rooms we paid and booked for. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. The next morning we asked to be moved to the rooms that we had booked and paid for in advanced. They moved us but again not the 2 king beds we had paid for. One room had a queen bed and a sofa bed. The other had 2 queen beds # BEWARE they do not have the listed "family room 2 king beds"# Our room had not WiFi for the entire 5 days. We called every day asking them to fix it and their answer was " wait 15mins, 30 mins 1hour.. etc) anything to put you off. I had work to do and couldn't anything done all 5 days. The location is horrible. It is a 5-10 min walk to the metro but it is a residential area and at least a 3-4 stop away from anywhere worthwhile. Horrible location. DONT STAY HERE! I made of the mistake of thinking it was an American chain but they should be embarrassed and ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel. We had 2 kids # 10 & 12 y/o# and 4 adults. We all hated this hotel and we so glad to leave it.

The staff at the Globus went out of their way to help us when we needed any assistance. I especially want to thank Francesca for the help she provided to our family. The hotel was very nice; breakfast was great (nice staff here too). A very good value.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Globus in Rome. It is about a ten minute walk to the Metro. The family room with the bunk beds had lots of room, nice towels, big bathtub, coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast was plenty with scrambled eggs, meats, cheese, breads, juices, cappuccino machine, and plastic ware for the kids. My *only* complaints are minor: the beds were quite firm (but pillows were nice), and the hotel driver we hired to take up back to the airport was 20 minutes late picking us up and then he dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Fortunately we padded our schedule with time for such things, so it was fine. This was a great place for the family. There is a grocery store five minutes walk down the street.

Hotel is in the university district, on a tram line that connects to the Metro. A bit out of the center, but convenient enough. Big room, great staff.

We went to Rome for a short visit, but the experience lived was very nice. The hotel was excelent and the treatment very good.

The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is it's location. There are not any places to eat nearby other than a gelateria across the street.. Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay there. The staff was wonderful.
