Verry good info from friendly staf, plan of rome with directions . Busses easy to use with the rome2rio app . All busses (9 lines) stop in front of hotel and you can get everyware. Nice room with good wifi and there even was a pc on the room with internet .
We visited Italy with family for 10 days. And choose this hotel. We was very happy here! The wonderful welcome and friendly service made this hotel feel like a real home. The location was excellent within walking distance for all the major sights, and various local restaurants. The boss of the hotel Mr. Mustafa was brilliant person👍 very helpful he answers to all our touristy questions and helped us with direction go everywhere! The rooms were very clean, bright , and air conditioned , free Wi-Fi , the beds were comfortable, breakfast is amazing & fantastic 👍 Thanks for making our visit to Rome that much better! We would Highly recommend this Hotel and would stay here again! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next Visit!
The room was nice and cosy, our room had one big bed (two single mattresses joined together), a bathroom/toilet with shampoos and towels, a balcony (I don't think balconies for all rooms are a standard, it must be requested beforehand), a mini-bar, two small flat-screen televisions (all channels in Italian, obviously), two bedside tables, a desk, an armchair, wardrobe and an A/C unit. and we even had free room-service breakfast!! The property was in a very convenient location for my partner and I. This was our first time in Rome and we read many positive reviews about this hotel. It is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment block on Via Piave, a two minute walk from the Ministry of Finance building which is where you can find the main bus line (62) to the Vatican and a 15-minute walk to Roma Termini Train Station (the main transport hub). What my partner and I loved the most was the owner Mustafa. He was always very friendly and helpful to us, giving us tips about Rome and he was always available around the clock. We would definitely come back here.
A good hotel, clean room, very good breakfast with cofee, fruits, croissants, salami and cheese etc Mr Mustafa, the owner of this place is very polite, kind, very helpful, he explained us what, when and how to visit Rome. It has elevator, near to the bus station, supermarket near. We enjoyed our staying there. Ioana, Arad- Romania
It's a good hotel and not expensive. The room was clean every day. And the most important i think is the very good location in a street with restaurants and coffee shop. With all the bus station near the hotel
Hotel is 10 min walk from Railway station Termini. Service provided was good, thanks to helpful Hotel owner, which we met every morning in reception. He helped us with any question we had. Breakfast earliest is served 7:30 but as one day we had an early train we got served by him earlier without any hesitations. Rooms are okay but as the window had view on other building therefore I missed daylight a bit. Wi-FI was okay and easy to use. we felt safe leaving our staff in room. Shower sometimes turned water from hot to cold but it was no problem as it was so hot weather and it as refreshing.
We booked to stay at the Augustus but when we arrived we were met by the manager who said that we would actually be staying at another hotel for our 2 night stay. Although we were confused to start with, he was very friendly and the hotel we were put up in was very nice again with friendly staff. Can't complain and we had a lovely time, and had great service by all at both hotels, apart from being confused to start with. Sorry we can't rate the hotel properly, it's just that we didn't end up staying there.
We came away for the weekend and were more than happy with the friendly manager and service provided. The room was comfortable with en suite, tv and pc with free wifi. The breakfast was amazing which the manager personally brought to our room at our specified time. We will definitely be going back next year even after I broke a key in the front door haha! And the manager didn't complain but joined us for a drink across the road. So once again, thank you for making our stay in Rome even better, Scott and Brenda LEWIS, not yet married haha!
It was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. My husband and I stayed here for a 4-day vacation in Rome. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. The owner Mustafa was the most customer service focused and warm person we could have met. I asked for an Italian power adapter for US 3-prong plug, he went and bought me one. I told him I loved the hot chocolate that came with the breakfast every morning (we aren't coffee drinkers), and he bought me some to take home. The hotel had free wifi. The only complaints I have are the shower (the water didn't get hot enough, and there was a shower door that did not stop the water from spraying out) and the noise. If you want to sleep in past 8:00 AM and you are a light sleeper, forget it. The hardwood floors throughout carry the noise of the hotel staff and all of the guests, not to mention the traffic outside on the busy streets. The beds were not very comfortable. We definitely got the value for the money we paid for the room, which was over New Years Eve when no other hotels in the area had availability. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. You get what you pay for.
Enjoyed our stay very much The accommodations and location were great. We walked to all the main attractions Our host made us feel welcome and was most helpful and informative. It really was our home in Rome - a clean and pleasant place to come back to each evening and a good breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay there again
