People working there very nice. The room was terribly small. Wife and I packed heavy due to long trip. They show this great room in the picture with a garden terrace. There is one of those. I feel misled by the pictures. The breakfast was only breads like croissants. They were good but didn’t help no carb diet. Well in truth Italy wont help that. Lol

The staff was very proactive in making sure they were ready for our arrival time. Once we arrived, we were given a brief yet thorough review of how to use the property, how to get help from the staff (whatsapp), and where to pick up the hop on / hop off bus nearby. Breakfast the following mornings was delivered to our door, consisting of fresh baked croissants and rolls, coupled with the complimentary juice and coffee was a delight for me, my wife, and three young children. We would certainly stay here again!

This hotel is very nice. Located on a quiet street but 5 minutes walking distance to several places to eat. Room serviced daily, service was excellent. Front desk very responsive to our needs AND went far out of their way to help get us on our way! I didn’t see a name tag but the young lady on duty closed our stay out in style. She ran interference on the elevator, helped us get our bags out of the facility and verified we had the correct cab as there were several departures at the same time. She should be commended by her managers for the work and support she provided!

The principale dire was really hard to find but when you are used to it it's a really really nice hotel. They serve you breakfast in a basket each morning! We really enjoyed our stay. And it's really near each monuments you wanna see you have just to walk !
