good but not 4 star internet very bad breakfast very good room is good but not 4 star location is near metro The area at reception for sitting, having a cup of tea and coffee, reading palers The furniture was kind of dated and the sofa in our room was torn. But hey, it's Rome, you're out walking all day.

Our room was clean & comfy, & the public areas were impressive, but overall I was not impressed by the hotel. Breakfast was ok if you like chocolate flavoured cereals and cakes. Service was off-hand until the last morning of our stay when a waitress discovered we were English & asked us lots of questions about places she should visit. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful, I requested a non slip shower mat on the first night of our stay,& again on the second night, next day a pair of towelling slippers were placed by the shower!!! On one day we had no hot water from at least 4pm, reported it to reception & were told an engineer was working on it. All the members of our party had no hot water that evening, next day it was back, but only lukewarm. We didn't use the restaurant as the menu was too fancy & too expensive, so we found some nice little restaurants locally. This hotel is not in a very good area & if I had been travelling alone I would have been nervous about walking around the area by myself. In the brochure in our room, it said there was an outdoor seating area & cafe/bar on the 5th floor which we couldn't find, don't think it exists.

It took just about 25 minutes to reach from the Airport and seems a known place to taxi drivers. Surprisingly I found my room to be spacious. Room was very clean. very close to metro station Piramide and Ostiense. Supermarket at the adjoining building. nice restaurants and cafes around. better go to restaurants where locals eat as those are reasonably priced than where tourists hangaround. Hotel staff was helpful. However when you book taxis on app be careful as the driver who dropped me at the airport charged E10 extra than the normal rate from hotel. Location is convenient and seems safe. Hotel charges are reasonable. good wi-fi speed and it is free.

Place clean and modern although a bit clinical, close to Metro station and a steady walk into central Rome, However after several days staying here and after being out all day our rooms were not cleaned until approximately 4pm which his far to late when all you want to do is freshen up.Staff friendly enough and breakfast average.

Stefania and her team were amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. The restaurant was incredible and we had a degustation meal for 27 euros which included 4 courses. The food was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. Full credit to her chef. Front of house staff were very helpful. The artwork around the hotel was great. We will be back.

Off the centre of Rome, but close to the rail/metro stations, reasonably priced. Very artistic, bright decor in the room, but works very well. Clean, very comfortable bed, reasonable sized double. Breakfast selection fair and nice orange juice - my only issue, toaster woefully slow. Restaurant was peaceful and an excellent evening meal - very good price 4 course selection for 27 Euro, a glass of excellent house wine 3 Euros. Free and fast wifi. Very helpful staff. The only thing I couldn't work out was the electronic "I am in the room, please clean, do not disturb" panel. Local shops, restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. I would go back to this hotel again.

This hotel is really close to Ostiense Station on a direct train line from Fiumicino Airport (get the stopping train, not the non-stop one to Termini); it's just outside the City walls and a pleasant half hour walk away from the Colosseum (via the Circo Massimo) or two stops on the Metro from the nearby Piramide Metro Station. Our bed was big, firm and very comfortable too. Rather brash modern decor in some (but not all) rooms may not be to everyone's taste. Will definitely come back on the next trip to Rome

Stayed at the hotel for 1 day while on business. The room I got allocated on the 3rd floor was not matching the pictures and was showing heavy signs of wear and tear. Electrical installations loose etc. There where no iron and board in the room for ironing my shirt. Tv signal was jumping. Location was ok for my business needs. Bed was to short for me being 189 cm but clean. Water pressure ok but rest room a bit dirty when arrived. In general I think my expectations was to big based on the 4 stars and webpage. I am sure that with less expectations my review would have been more positive.

If you have time to spend 25 minutes to check out, this is your place! If you like to be charged for something that you didn't consume from the minibar, this is your place! If you like to have room stinking of cigaret, definitely this is your place! Again should be your ideal place, if you like a blocked shower in which the wires for emergency cord are live! Their toiletries bottles have an interesting design combine com their contents: it is actually frustrating make use their contents. Something is wrong on that design. For they have to offer it is over charged. They claim to be a four star hotel, which they are not. Enjoy your stay!

You just can't stay and relax in your room unless you speak this i mean no wifi and lots of Italian tv unless you return late have a shower and go to sleep nothing else to do.also the lounge of hhe hotel is very poor...
