Questo b&b ha l'unico pregio di trovarsi nel cuore della Garbatella, un bel quartiere popolare di Roma. Anche il bar presso il quale è possibile fare colazione non è niente male: sia il cappuccio che i dolci sono davvero ottimi. Per il resto, per quanto mi riguarda è stato un soggiorno quasi da incubo. Cominciamo dall'inizio: Expedia non rilascia fattura e se si viaggia per lavoro questo è un gran problema. Secondo: il servizio di late check-in dopo le 18 è eccessivo, sia in fatto di orari che di sovrapprezzo (15 euro). Terzo: la camera affaccia sulla strada, e i rumori, nonostante gli infissi si sentono tutti. Quarto: la seconda notte è andata via la luce, e nel cuore della notte si sono accese le luci di emergenza. Per carità, è giusto che ci siano le luci di emergenza, ma sarebbe opportuno dare modo alle persone anche di spegnerle, altrimenti come si fa a dormire con una luce sparata dritta negli occhi? Ma qualcuno ci pensa anche alle persone che poi devono dormire in questi b&b? Attenzione al cliente non pervenuta. Quinto: all'indomani della notte da incubo, mancava l'acqua calda. Ho provato a chiamare i numeri di cellulare forniti, incluso quello per le emergenze, ma nessuno di questi era raggiungibile. Sesto: dopo qualche ora mi arriva il messaggio della struttura che mi chiede di rilasciare un feedback, e che per questo "favore" riceverò il 15% di sconto per la prossima prenotazione. Mi dispiace, ma non è questo il modo giusto di fidelizzare il cliente.

La struttura è molto pulita e accogliete. La camera è moderna e funzionale. Oltre a TV e aria condizionata, sono a disposizione frigorifero, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Garbatella , una scoperta!

L'albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione della metro ed è vicinissimo al cento storico della Garbatella. È pulito, silenzioso e c'è l'ascensore. Se torno a Roma verrò ,di nuovo , a dormire qui .

La zona è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro, la camera è pulita ed ordinata , ma purtroppo il bagno esterno la penalizza molto. In merito alla colazione sarebbe molto più funzionale ed anche più conveniente economicamente, per la struttura, poterla consumare all'interno della stessa, considerando che al bar si usufruisce semplicemente di un cornetto e di un caffè/cappucino.

molto accogliente

Il b&b è carino, accogliente, arredato con gusto, molto pulito. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro, situato in un quartiere (la Garbatella) che non conoscevamo e che ci ha stupito favorevolmente. Purtroppo abbiamo perso una notte perché se arrivi oltre le 21.00 non è possibile effettuare il check-in. Colazione al bar comprensiva di brioche e caffè. Chi, come me, non beve caffè deve aggiungere la differenza.

Posizione perfetta!

L'appartamento è a due passi dalla metro Garbatella che consente di raggiungere facilmente il Colosseo in sole 3 fermate. Molto pulito, accessoriato e confortevole. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima posizione, pulito e confortevole

Ottima posizione, nel quartiere di Garbatella a poche centinaia di metri dalla metro, e a tre fermate dal Colosseo, camere moderne, pulite e confortevoli, con uso cucina completo. Ottima colazione "alla romana" al bar con cornetto e cappuccino.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage in Rom

Hübsche Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage in Rom Ostiense. Bis zum Metro Bahnhof Garbatella waren es 5 Minuten Fussweg. Mit der Metro war man in 10 Minuten am Kolosseum und in 25 Minuten, mit einmal umsteigen, am Vatican. Ich habe 6 Nächte in einem Einzelzimmer bei A Casa di Benny verbracht. Es ist gut eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Balkon bietet die Möglichkeit, eventuelle feuchte Wäsche aufzuhängen und man kann abends noch die lauen Temperaturen genießen. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche und Bidet modern ausgestattet und in sehr guten Zustand. Eine große Küche bietet viel Platz und hat mit einem Kühl-Gefriergerät, Herd, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle usw. alles nötige an Ausstattung. Das Frühstück erhält man in einer kleinen Bäckerei 3 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. Da sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten. Mein Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nach meiner Meinung sehr gut. Einzige Verbesserung wäre ein Name am Klingelschild mit "A Casa di Benny". Es stehen sehr viele Namen und es ist nicht richtig ersichtlich, wo man klingeln muss. "Ferienwohnung" ist die richtige Klingel. Fazit: Für einen Rombesuch kann ich das A Casa di Benny sehr empfehlen.

Annulation de la réservation de la part de l’hôtel Moins d’une semaine avant le début du voyage sans aucune raison... Inadmissible surtout quand on prévoit 5 jours en pleine période scolaire italienne et que les hôtels à bon rapport qualité prix sont complets. A ne pas recommander pour manque de sérieux.

Il B&B, ritrova al piano secondo di un immenso condominio, composto da tre camere indipendenti con bagno, ed un soggiorno/cucina comune, ben fornito di tutto, per colazione ed altro. Pulitissimo. Peccato per la sveglia alla domenica mattina, che è stata alle 7:15, sembrava che crollasse il soffitto da un momento all'altro...(due uomini dell'est) stavano smontando un armadio...l'educazione?!?! Che ve lo dico a fare, con certa gente!

Piacevole weekend alla Garbatella

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La guest house si trova nel quartiere Garbatella, una zona davvero da scoprire, a due passi dalla fermata della metro. L'appartamento in generale è molto pulito ed accogliente, dotato di tutto quello che serve. Benedetta è stata molto accogliente al momento del check in. Consiglio davvero di soggiornarci!
