Nice house near Cocoplum beach

2 bed room near Cocoplum beach, which is accessible by car (do not recommend walking to the beach). The house was recently renovated and very clean. Very responsive communication. Overall we had a nice stay. A couple convenient store nearby.

This house “Flat” was well maintained and spacious for a family of 5. Although the A/C units were located in the rooms, they worked great. The ceiling fans helped maintain the house nice and cool. The location was perfect for us. Short ride to Cocoplum beach which was amazing! We loved how quiet the neighborhood was too. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Best perk is that this property comes with the option of a car rental. A car is a must! Joan and Keva were attentive and communicated well. They arranged transportation to and from the airport. Thank you :) House comes with your basic kitchen essentials. Could have used a can opener, blender and a few more cooking pots but overall I made it work. I cooked quite a bit during our stay to help save some cash. Everything is expensive!
