our family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located property in Rolleston.
There is a playground/park (Falcons Landing) a few minute's walk away (300m), and opposite the park is a set of shops which includes Metro Mart, Pizzeria, and more.

2-bedroom flat that can sleep up to 6 people.
- Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed (plush top sleepyhead mattress).
- Bedroom 2 - Super King zip bed that can be separated into 2 King Single beds (medium/firm Sealy Mattresses).
(If you prefer the room set up as 2 king singles instead, please confirm after booking otherwise it will be set up as a zipped together super king bed)
- Porta cot is also available on request.
If you have more than 4 guests, we can set up a double bed in the fully insulated and carpeted internal garage or provide air mattresses for use in the lounge.

- New 55" smart tv with Netflix included.
- 3-seater couch with electric recliners for relaxing.
