The Space:

The Jasper Duo is unlike anything else on Beaver Lake — two complete luxury homes, side by side, booked together as a single reservation. With 22 guests spread across 8+ sleeping areas and 8.5 bathrooms, everyone gets space without sacrificing togetherness.



MAIN HOUSE

The main level features an open-concept great room with soaring ceilings, panoramic lake views, and a chef's kitchen with granite countertops, double ovens, two ice makers, multiple coffee stations, and pantry staples. Three luxurious king suites offer private retreats, while the lower level houses the game room and wet bar — pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, and smart TVs. Step outside to multi-level decks with stunning lake views, a hot tub, and a fire pit for evening gatherings.



SECOND HOUSE

The second home adds three queen bedrooms, a bunk room with an indoor slide for the kids, and a full kitchen — perfect for families or a second group wanting their own space. Every bedroom has its own bathroom or access to a nearby one.



SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE

Both homes share the private lakefront, including a dock with kayaks, paddle boards, and a swim ladder. The hillside setting means dramatic lake views from every deck. Central HVAC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs throughout both homes keep everyone comfortable.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of both homes and all outdoor spaces, including all decks, the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and the private shoreline with dock. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a swim ladder are available for guest use.



Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available at the main home. Please use caution on the steep driveway, especially in wet or icy conditions — it can be challenging for trailers and motorcycles.



Self check-in is via smart lock. You will receive a unique entry code 24 hours before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The Jasper Duo sits on a quiet stretch of Jasper Lane on Beaver Lake's shoreline. The setting is private and wooded, with the lake just steps from your door.



Downtown Rogers is a 20-25 minute drive with grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Nearby activities include Hobbs State Park, War Eagle Cavern, mountain biking trails, and the seasonal War Eagle Fair.



Please note: the Army Corps of Engineers prohibits parking personal boats at the dock, but it is perfect for swimming, fishing, and launching kayaks and paddle boards.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to get around. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available at the main home. Downtown Rogers, grocery stores, and restaurants are a short 20-25 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pet-friendly: up to 2 house-trained dogs allowed; $75 per pet, per stay.

🔇 Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

🚭 No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside only.

🎉 No parties or events without prior written approval from the host.

🧻 Both homes use septic systems — please flush only toilet paper.

📷 Exterior security cameras monitor the driveways and entrances. Cameras do not capture interior areas.

👶 Please supervise children at all times near the lake, decks, balconies, and hot tub.

🧴 Starter supplies provided: toiletries, paper goods, coffee, and spices. For stays longer than 2-3 nights, please plan to bring or purchase extras.

♨️ The hot tub has a cover but no surrounding gate or lock. Use at your own risk.

🪜 Both homes span multiple levels connected by staircases. Guests must be able to navigate stairs.

🚗 Use caution on the steep driveway at the main home, especially in wet or icy conditions.
