check in was a nightmare... one hour to do it. some computer problem (just guessing... I never received an explanation) made me wait over one hour to get the key to my room... the person at the front desk was trying her best making phone calls to different people. In the morning, by 7:30 AM, we had the cleaning crew trying to open up my door to make the bed... I were just waking up!!

Very clean. Not too busy of an area. It’s close to the interstate and convenient to either Bentonville or Roger’s. Reasonable pricing when comparing to other hotels. Walkable to several restaurants and Sam’s and Walmart.

So the hotel isn't terrible but definitely not the best. The whole floor must have had some sort of moisture issue. They had a tiny dehumidifier in the hallway but the carpet smelled and was damp and if you put anything down on it, it smelled really bad.

Dedicated parking lot. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Zero amenities (pool, spa, etc.). If you're looking for a clean safe and friendly place to sleep... perfect. Turning left into their lot is unsafe. Multi lane highway with no stop light at the turn. Unfortunately, very close to the entrance to another highway and that entrance frequently backs up past the hotel. If coming from a direction that would ask you to turn left, don't even try if there's traffic. You might get lucky, or you might sit there for 10 plus minutes waiting. Better plan to go past and loop around so you can turn right into their lot.

Everything was pretty good but the whole building felt a little clammy. We noticed several dehumidifiers in the hallways. Our room was clean and comfortable otherwise and we enjoyed having a full-size refrigerator.

Room was clean. Check in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Great parking. Noise level was horrible. Sounded like people above us were stomping or jumping nonstop. Doors made huge, heavy & loud noise when closed or slammed shut. Very loud inside the hotel which impacted actual sleep both nights.
