I came with two small children which require a bath tub for bathing. The stopper to the tub was broken so I the tub wouldn’t hold water. The front desk came up to “fix it” and got it to barely hold water. I had to keep the faucet running the entire time or else the tub would empty. There was food trash left in the coffee table from the previous guest. There was pubic hair in the bathroom. The tiles on the bathroom floor were coming apart from the wall due to water damage. I requested linens and an extra pillow for my kids since they were on the pull out sofa but they were “out.” I rented a dvd from their lending library and went to hook up the DVD player in the room but it required an HDMI cable which was not included so the dvd and the DVD player were useless. Just a really overall poor experience in a dirty hotel.
Great front desk staff. Nice rooms. Great value! My kids loved the pool.
The hallways had a weird smell to them, then the room we were give first smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were able to try different rooms and finally found the 3 room to not have any odor. The room wasn't the cleanest either but okay to deal with for 1 night after what we went through to get to this room.

had to call for TV to go to cable box. Room was not cleaned while we were out ALL DAY. Mold covered bathroom fan.
We loved staying here. Although it was not close to the stadium, it was not a long drive. Even with post ballgame traffic it took us only about 30 minutes. The staff was super nice. The room was wonderful. The tub is a little bit slippery so be careful. It could use more hand rails for safety. We would definitely stay there again.
The floor was not clean and I found a bug crawling on my night stand. The bath tub was dirty.
My wife and I stayed in this hotel the weekend of our wedding. It was very nice, clean, and everything was in order. The prices were reasonable, and all of our guests who also stayed in this hotel had good experiences as well. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and we were in walking distance of several shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a decent price.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the no noisy environment. Located close to interstate for easy access and exit.

The online price was very reasonable for the Candlewood Suites and location was just right, near the main Rogers area for restaurants, stores, and movie theater. Positives were price, free fast wi-fi, good location, plenty of TV channels, and free DVD library to rent. Also had nice sized kitchen with refrigerator and plenty of counter space. However, there were quite a few negatives. I probably wouldn't stay here again even at the low price. Negatives were: very small room with bed completely up against one wall; bathroom seemed a little dirty with stray hairs on tub and shower curtain; room temperature difficult to regulate. Probably one of the strangest things was the smoke detector directly above the bed had a green light that actually lit the room while we were trying to sleep. Also note this hotel doesn't serve breakfast. They have a pantry with food items to buy. Overall, I will shop around next time.
I was totally amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the room for the price paid. It would compare to places $50 to $60 more. Basically a full kitchen, large desk with computer internet access, nice tv and a comfortable bed. The house keeping only goes into the rooms once a week so you have security for your belongings. The only downer would be if you wanted clean towels during the week, you must take the old ones to the desk and pick up new ones. There are many popular restaurants in very close proximity
Clean rooms, friendly staff, cheap rates. Easy to find, lots of places to eat nearby, lots of shopping and a short drive to see the HOGS! Will stay here again.
Hotel was extremely convenient for me located near shopping and dining facilities, my grandaughters school and home. Availablity of food for purchase the first day was helpful until I could get to grocery store. Full size frig was a plus along with cooking facilities and dishes. This will be a regular stop for me. I did have one problem. The stopper to the tub did not work. I called the staff. They never got back to me. Had a problem with camode and someone provided a plunger fairly quickly.
I liked the free DVD library.
