Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites
5/5 Excellent
"This is about our fourth or fifth time staying here, we have tried staying at other places in the area and they just don’t provide the same level of quality for the price. We always like that we can book a suite, yet are still 6 min from downtown and are paying 1/3 the price. The breakfast layout is great. The coffee machine in the lobby is a highlight. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. Oh and parking is free! Our check in host Alina was so friendly and helpful. We will continue to book here when we make it to the upstate. Pros: clean, great renovated rooms, great breakfast spread, reasonable price, free parking, ac cranks Cons: the pool has never been open the many times we have come, not a big deal but it’s very seasonal. Also; the bed mattress isn’t the greatest, but they give you enough pillows to sleep on top of them. But a mattress topper would go a long way. Thanks for being here, we will be back."
