If you think you've seen it all, look again. Located in the heart of Rocky Point, NC, 25 minutes outside the bustling city of Wilmington, comes a unique experience like never before. Welcome to Triple F Farm, where luxury living and farm life meet. These three grain bins have been transformed into a modern master piece. From the meticulous ceilings, custom round kitchen, whiskey room & a sleeping suite that is unmatched. Texas Longhorns are on the farm for you to enjoy a part of America history.
The space
Upon entering the property, you will come through a private security gate. The road will take you to the farm. As the woods give way to open space, that feeling of freedom takes over. There is a barn on the property that houses farm equipment and feed. The Longhorn cattle are fed protein cubes (3) times a week. So you might see a farmer across the pasture of your suite feeding the boys! If you would like to feed them, all you need to do is ask, and we would love to have you interact with them with our supervision. As you pass by the barn on your left, the grain bins start to really catch your eye! These bins were originally installed in the mid to late 1960s. We have meticulously repurposed them to something you could never imagine on the inside. Just before you get to the bins look in front of you and you will see your own private white sand beach. Wood burning fire pit, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. A small pier goes out over the water. When the pond is high you can sit on the end of the dock and drop those tired feet in the water. Once past the beach, you will arrive at the bins. Your space is right in front of the center bin. Any guest can park down in the other spaces. Once you walk into the center bin, we hope at that point, the craftsmanship and imagination will take over. All three bins are for your relaxation. This includes about 1880 sq ft. The pass through kitchen is stocked with a Bartesian, coffee, tea, eggs and pancakes for you. Wifi is available but cell phone service is very limited especially inside the home. There is a grocery store (Food Lion) approx. 2 miles down the road. The town of Burgaw is located just 9 miles north. Historic downtown Wilmington is just 16 miles and Wrightsville Beach & Topsail Beach are only 21 miles. There are tons of local restaurants for you to enjoy in Wilmington but if you do not want to leave the farm we can always accommodate you, for a separate fee, with fresh local shrimp, fish or beef & vegetables. We will just need some communication from you so we can be sure to have the fridge stocked before you arrive.

You will be able to access all three bins. The only place we ask not, is what we call the "owners" closet. It just has some tools and supplies. Other than that, its all yours!!!!!!

Remember we have Texas Longhorns on the property. They are majestic and a part of American history. The six of them are all registered Texas Longhorns. Fat Albert, Hercules, Frosty, Rosie, Percy & Doc Holiday! Please call us if you would like to interact with them.
