"This is a great hotel, but rooms are a little awkward/outdated and the bathroom faucet leaked the entire time. For the price, I was disappointed in how clean the room was. Beds were clean and fresh, with lots of pillows...but the room clearly hadn't been vacuumed or really cleaned well. Lots of dog hair and debris in the corners of the room. I mentioned it upon checkout and all I got was a "sorry" - it's not like I was looking for a giant discount or something, but a little $$ off would have been nice as my total for three nights was around $1600. Anyone could have walked up and noticed that I wasn't making it up. Beyond that, this was a great location and I wouldn't dissuade anyone from booking..."
