We received an unexpected upgrade from a queen to a king sized bed - nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed to get us ready for exploring and hiking Rocky Mountains NP. The only negative was the cleaning staff. They took our shot glass solo cups. Not a big deal as there were only a few but they were clean, unused and stacked on the dresser. They took towels that we had hung up to reuse. They did replace with fresh towels. They didn’t provide more regular coffee for the coffee maker.
Outstanding property at a great location. They offered amenities for the entire family (smores, ping-pong, corn hole, etc.). They even offered propane grills and BBQ equipment if you are tired of eating out. Overall, awesome experience!
Lots of space. We stayed in cottage 77. Which was behind the complex quiet and relaxing. Appliances were newer and nice pool was warm. Only issue we had was a tremendous amount of ants in the cottage. If they could get that fixed would stay again as the rest of the stay was nice other than the ants

The Lodge is in Estes Park so the surroundings are beautiful. Some of the units were being updated so there was several large bundles under tarps that were scattered around the property, but our unit was updated and it was very pleasant.

This property is located right on the main road just above the busy area and is quick and close to everything including all the hiking. The rooms were great and they have an excellent breakfast. The cleaning staff is there everyday and taking care of the outside property too.
