Wow! What an amazing place. So close to rockport and bearskin neck, literally a 5 min walk! The staff are lovely and let us check in early to store our luggage. The space is gorgeous, modern designed Victorian manor, most places like this have a musty smell but this place is very clean and modern. Modern amenities, the shower is divine, the property itself is stunning and spacious. There is lots of parking. The tv has modern streaming networks, temperature controlled rooms, and the beds are so unbelievably comfy. I would recommend they have more durable bed frames as when you move around it is a bit creaky. And the acoustics with other guests aren’t amazing but they’re decent, if you really value privacy tho it may not be the stay for you. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful home. However, you really only have access to your room and one common area. The entire home is used for guest rooms. There is no elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up/down flights of stairs (we were on the 3rd/top floor), which is a bit sketchy. Unfortunately, the coffee pot in the room did not work, so we had to go up and down the stairs each day just to get a cup of coffee, which was not ideal. I thought this home was a bed and breakfast, but it is not. If you are looking for a hotel room, this place is okay for that.

Clean and comfortable. First experience with remote staff who were very responsive. However, we and a number of guests we spoke to would have liked more information on how to use the keypad entry, tv, and the coffee machine. Those were areas where it would have been handy to have someone to ask.

What a lovely stay!!! The house is absolutely beautiful and my room was largely and well-designed. That might be the best night’s sleep ever! The bed was crazy comfortable, with lovely linens and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect location!! Walked just a few blocks past lovely historic homes to the Rockport waterfront. LOVED IT!!!

I would never recommend this so called hotel

Hotel with no staff. We lost power one day for 1 pm until 2 am the next morning and there were no emergency lights working. Went out for the evening and came back to a completely dark building and grounds. Fortunately I had a flashlight in my car. Room was Very noisy.
