Place is nice and cozy, but not sure if there’s been pets in the house before our stay because there were fleas! And I know it’s raining a lot but there were those big roaches on the kitchen on the stove. I’m glad I just had to come in and sleep and not sit around on the sofas or do much in the property b

Cozy place to return to each day after cheering on softball teams at the Space Coast Complex. Clean, basics provided, and excellent communication with the hosts. Would rent again if in the area for futire events.

A great place. This cozy spot is just the right size for a couple, friend getaway, or family of four. It is tidy and has a full kitchen with a dining nook side the kitchen. The hosts were fantastic to communicate with and promptly reached out to me when I had a question.

Excellent for the price, and great communication!

For the price, this property is excellent! I would say that it has character and quirks, but that you can tell the owners have put care into the remodel and providing a good relaxing place to stay. There was an initial concern when we arrived with a bed cover not being clean, but the owner responded immediately and had the problem resolved within 45 minutes. Aside from that we had no other problems the entire time, and we really enjoyed our stay!
