The staff at the restaurant & front desk are the only good things about this place. They were very friendly, other than that the place is awful. The room had a strong mildew smell, sink in the bathroom the water only drips, could not even use it to wash my face . Shower same issue, the water just come so lightly, it was ridiculous. I know this place was going to be a low budget place, it was worse than that. Mildew smell makes the place feel unclean, was afraid to lay down on the bed. Door to the room did not seem secure, looks like someone can give it a good push to get in, I was alone so that made me feel very unsafe . I would not recommend this place even for 1 night.

I reserved a room with 2 beds but was initially assigned a room with only 1 bed. Got it changed. Our final room was foul smelling with serious stain on the curtains, rust on the clothes rack, mold on the bathroom walls especially inside the shower area, and a round toilet seat atop an elongated toilet. Horrible experience, but we stayed as it was late, and we were tired. After 4 hours sleep, we left. Do not recommend this property.

Basic room. AC was musty. Pool of water just inside the door that i walked in and left a trail on the dirty floor. Tub was in rough shape, but shower worked. Area around buildings was a tad rough. People with pets not cleaning up after their pets so watch where you walk in the dark. Pool area looked decent but didnt use because i arrived after its hours. There is a restaurant attached which they give a discount coupon for but i didnt use that either.

This will work in a pinch. Front staff was friendly and greeted me promptly. Check in was easy. I chose this hotel expecting more from wyndham property. Room was in very bad shap. Bed lumpy. Curtins falling off wall Ac groaned and shower curtain hanging on by a thread. Holes in wall painted over with different covered paint and hard water stains in sink, toliet and shower. I didn't see any bugs and thats a plus. I was scared to look at the mattress. Stayed one night before a cruise and probably wouldn't stay again. The only positive was the staff was friendly. No continental breakfast but a coupon for waffle joint in the lobby. Grounds was fairly clean. Definitely 1 night max here.

I used rideshare to fet ti days inn by copy and paste the address on reservation and was delivered to incorrect Days Inn. The clerk said it happens daily. Not cool! Once i arrived at at the next Days Inn. The check in clerk was not very helpful. The hotel is in very poor shape and outdated. The entire pool area was inaccessible and closed. The laundry room was outside which was 2 washers & 2 dryers. One dryer was not working. The room was horrible except for the bed sheets and pillows. All furniture, doors, bathroom and fixtures were from the 1980's. Probably original decor. Cs waffles restaurant was good and employees were cheerful and pleasant. I will never choose Days Inn for accommodation again

Total garbage. We booked a two-night stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Cocoa through Expedia. After seeing the property, we decided to leave after one night. Unfortunately, we were told the second night could not be canceled because the reservation was made through Expedia. The hotel told us to deal with Expedia, and Expedia provided zero assistance. I honestly had no idea this kind of situation could happen. Now, let’s talk about the experience. We went up to the first room… LOL. It had to be the rent-by-the-hour room (see pictures). From the mattress, to the walls, doors, carpet, and even the outside of the room — OMG. We immediately went back downstairs to try to cancel and at least get a different room for the one night we were staying. That’s when we learned we couldn’t cancel. We did get another room. No joke — that room was worse, but came with the complimentary extra-strength smoke smell (Cuban, I believe). That sent us right back to the first room, which suddenly felt like the lesser of two evils. And the pool was shut down. The ladies at the front desk were… a treat — with less-than-awesome attitudes. I’ll leave it at that, because they aren’t the owners (or maybe they are). They probably deal with this situation constantly. Other highlights: • Trash throughout the parking lot • The entire time we were there, the background soundtrack was basically: 🎶 Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do… 🎵 Worst experience ever.

The room was filthy, extremely dusty. When I pulled out the table and chair, there lays a huge dried up beverage stain on the floor along with a dead worm. The coffee maker didn’t work. Luckily I had Clorox wipes handy too mop up the beverage stains. I give my experience a one out of ten. Housekeeping needs to do better.

The room was not clean! For the "king suite" it was filthy. Cobwebs on the lamps and the most uncomfortable bed ever! The noise from outside the room and in that hall was so bad i could not sleep! If you want to be able to rest... not here
