The hot water system needs to be upgraded, our room ran out of hot water, they had no more rooms left to put us in so a cold shower it was, then they offered us (to compensate) a $50 voucher only redeemable on that night (we were only staying one) & only in the bistro (we were waiting on room service & then going to bed). All staff were lovely though but management let them down.

The room was tiny and carpets were filthy. Set up of utilities was terrible. No where to smoke or sit outside the room. Bathroom sink which was outside bathroom wasnt even big enough to fill kettle. Staff were really nice

Love staying here, although this time we didn’t have any water provided in the fridge. Bar staff were very helpful with broken TV remote. Staff friendly, food awesome, rooms always clean and comfortable.

The Room was clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The easy walk to the tavern for dinner was excellent and the meals were excellent.
