Amazing place with lots of room and dog friendly!The main shower/bathroom is to die for. Kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room.Lots of puzzles and activities in the house. Close to the beach.Would absolutely stay again.

Very comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood with convenient beach access. We found the town of Rockaway Beach to have good eating and was quaint to visit.

We had to do a late check in due to low staff for cleaning. There were beer bottles left outside on the deck. We were told check in time was changed to 6pm, and we were 10 minutes early. The housekeeper was so enjoyable and let us come in, but left in a rush she forgot her bag of trash just outside the front door.

Great Beach house with nice ADA accommodations

Spent a weekend here right after NYE and had a lovely time. Nice house with a well-equipped kitchen. Close to a good beach access. Really great spot for a wheelchair user— amazing spacious shower and big bathroom made it comfortable for a wheelchair user in our group. Will be back!

Moms 94th

We enjoyed your house very much. My mom loved your downstairs disability suite. A couple things. We had to use side wheelchair ramp into house for mom and their were no lights on side, difficult to navigate. Also your downstairs guest bathroom is running like the plumbing in tank needs looked at. Very minor. We’d love to come back someday. Thank you, Linda

Comfortable Beach Home

Nicest home we have enjoyed during our many stays at coast. All spaces well designed and equipped. We selected this home because I had a severe fall early in summer and had mobility issues. This home was perfect for my needs. Nice streets for walking and others could manage the four block walk to beach access and trail to beach.

Wonderful family oriented place

It was so nice to have a place that supported a family with young kids. From the bunk beds to the kid dishes in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, stocked with good quality pots and pans. We had a issue with the dryer and it was taken care of right away.

Near Perfect

Well thought out with loads of games, clear instructions for most of the areas where they were needed (including the shower). Incredible master bathroom! The kids room (4 bunks) was well laid out with each bunk equipped with reading lights and privacy curtains. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, 3 ways to make coffee and much more! Some suggestions: Replace the grill. Even after replacing the propane, it took almost 90 minutes to grill shish kabobs and the auto pilot didn’t work. There were ants coming out of the wall at the upstairs shower head. The oven was extremely slow, although that was mentioned in the “book”. The management company did come out with a pet/child friendly spray for the ants and confirmed that the grill needed to be replaced. Otherwise a well equipped home for the 10 people and two dogs that happily enjoyed the house for a week!

Great place with a few deficiences

B plus Farther from the beach than I expected. Cold master bed room. No matches to light the barbecue. No garbage bags No general instructions (what to do when leaving, when is garbage picked up, attractions in the area)

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time at this property! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and grilling, and it’s a quick walk down to the beach. We have a large family, and elderly grandparents and it was an accommodating place. Definitely planning to stay again!
