Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected.

Convenient location and four comfortable bedrooms (one with a couch that was comfortable). We had four sisters visiting and it was a perfect, cozy, clean place for us to hang out together.

Very clean, very comfortable, we were with a large group and had 2 houses, the general gathering areas accommodated all of us for meals and family gatherings for which we were grateful. It appears to be recently remodeled, they did a really good job.Just to the owner: oven mitts and more towels would have been helpful

The VRBO was awesome for our trip to Rochester! Our team loved the place. If it didn't snow so much in Rochester, we'd stay there forever!

Awesome place

This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location

Great location Beds had a plastic cover under the sheets which made for a terrible sleep. Could have used something better for the same effect Old house so floor squeaks, so sleeping in is a challenge I would stay again but bring my own sheets .

Great One Night Stay

Great one night stay as we were in town for an event at the convention center. Six of us stayed comfortably in the house, had everything we needed (pans, utensils, etc) in the kitchen to make a great breakfast, and we were graciously allowed a late checkout. Would look to book again should we return to the area in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Host

This was a great house and the host was fantastic. The neighborhood seems like it’s trying to grow up a little and I trust it will get there, but we didn’t have any problems. The house was well taken care of and the amenities were exactly what we needed.

Great Communication with host, property close to everything we were looking at, liked that there was a driveway to park, area towards Monroe Street was a little sketchy after 10pm. Property had everything we needed.

The property was as described online. There are a lot stairs to climb; therefore, those with walking challenges may have a difficult time entering and leaving the property. The property is beautiful and perfectly located so as to get to anywhere in the city within 15+ minutes. We were very pleased!
