Very first and helpful staff! HUGE clean well appointed rooms. Beautiful setting with smoke outdoor seating (and fire pit). Access to public piers for easy boat rental docking. Nice pool area and Tiki Bar. Easy 5 minute walk to Kershaw Park for lake swimming. Considering all the amenities, a very good vale too. Highly recommend

We were supposed to stay somewhere else, but they never received the booking from hotels.com. The support team at hotels.com got us a room here instead which was a MAJOR upgrade. The hotel was beautiful, great location, awesome restaurant/bar area, and friendly staff. We were able to walk everywhere around town that we wanted to go. It was 30-35 minutes to walk to the main road where the stores and many bars and restaurants are. The lakeview was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out by the water in the morning and evenings. It is a bit pricey which is why we didn't originally book this hotel, but if we return I think we would bite the bullet and pay up to stay here.

A few small suggestions the towels were a bit rough. Could have been softer, but there were plenty. The television remote control was difficult to use. The toilet paper was very thin and narrow could be replaced by a better quality.

The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere.
