Surrounded by lush trees and shade, the private backyard offers a relaxing outdoor escape perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a busy day.
The home includes two king bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a dedicated movie theater room, garage parking, and all the essentials for a comfortable short or extended stay.
Conveniently located in the heart of Brighton, you`re just minutes from URMC, Strong Memorial Hospital, the University of Rochester, RIT, 12 Corners, Whole Foods, Wegmans, Trader Joe`s, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Whether you`re visiting family, traveling for work, or exploring Rochester, you`ll enjoy the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and entertainment.
