The apartment is on the first floor on the north-west side of the house and enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and swimming pool. The apartment is composed as follows: independent entrance, internal staircase, living room with built-in kitchen and sofa bed two squares, double bedroom + single bed, bathroom with shower. There is a private outdoor area with a table and deck chairs shaded by ancient oaks.
In a panoramic position, just 4 km from Roccastrada, Agriturismo Poggio Macinaio offers you a stay in the quiet of nature. We are located between the provinces of Grosseto and Siena immersed in the beautiful landscape of the Tuscan Maremma. All around the house, ancient oaks, olive trees, lots of space and tranquility, ideal to regenerate from the hectic life of today. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view up to Mount Amiata.

The nearest village is Roccastrada, 4 km away. We are in the upper Tuscan Maremma, in
strategic position to easily reach (30-40 cars), Siena, Monte Amiata, Pienza and the Crete Senesi, in addition to the most beautiful beaches of the Maremma as Castiglione, Follonica, Alberese.

The Terme di Petriolo (43 ° sulfur waters with free access to the pools)
The Farma river nature reserve.
The Canaloni on the river Farma, an ideal place for baths and dips.
Massa Marittima and the Accesa lake with spring water.

Everything was brilliant

We had an amazing two weeks of holidays at Leonello's beautiful home. She was fantastic host, very caring and responsive.❤️We had everything we needed for our stay. Our 5 years old enjoyed the lovely swimming pool on daily basis 😊🏊 we can completely recommend Leonello's lovely home

Schönes Bauernhaus inmitten der Natur. Man hat die Möglichkeit viele Tiere zu sehen. Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt, ist jedoch nicht sehr tief. Ein reinspringen ist nicht möglich. Von der Unterkunft sind diverse Destinationen gut erreichbar.

Perfekt zum entspannen!

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit braucht ist hier genau richtig! Wir hatten das Appartment im oberen Stock, welcher durch einen eigenen Eingang zugänglich war. Es war groß und geräumig. Der Korkbaum direkt vor dem Küchenfenster war wie aus einem Bilderbuch und spendete uns kühlen Schatten. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Anwesen und Appartment waren sehr gepflegt und sauber und der Ausblick rundherum Märchenhaft. Vielen Dank nochmal an Graziella und Leonello für diese tolle Möglichkeit der Entspannung.

La campagne au calme

Arrivée difficile due à de mauvaises infos et un ancien numéro de téléphone, nous avons été très bien accueilli par la dynamique et agréable propriétaire. L’appartement à l’étage n,est pas hyper pratique lorsqu’on désire manger dehors. C'est assez rudimentaire mais l’essentiel est là. Et on est au calme

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wenn man sich einen ruhigen Ort wünscht, ohne den abendlichen Trubel eines Ortes und sich selbst zufrieden ist, dann findet man genau das bei diesem schönen Feriendomizil. Es liegt mitten im Berg und ist über einen Schotterweg ( das Navi kennt die Straße nicht) der drei Kilometer lang und teilweise etwas unwegsam ist, erreichbar. Inmitten von Olivenhain , Reben und Wald trifft man auf eine liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sogar ein wenig Deutsch spricht, sich aber auch in Englisch unterhalten kann. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas einfach. Der große Pool ist sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt und gepflegt , die Liegewiese mit den Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschutz war auch sehr einladend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wunderbar erholt.
