The unit was very clean and comfortable and the hot water lasted forever which is hard to find. The host was responsive to our needs. Our only complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies so we had to go to front desk and inquire. We didn’t have a blender and a lot of glass ware was missing. We had a chef cook one night and she mentioned that resort and these units lack a lot in the kitchen as she does a lot of business there. The property managers need to have the housekeepers check of the inventory after every guest leaves property. This may solve the shortage of things missing. We had to go buy a baking sheet as the resort front desk could not provide one either. Other than the kitchen issues we were happy with the unit over all.

Victoria was great, provided recommendations/suggestions and was a great communicator. The condo was perfect for our family, the beds were comfortable and we loved our mornings on the patio. We really appreciated the transportation that Victoria arranged from the airport and how open our driver was to stop at Eldon's before heading to the condo. Overall, I would recommend this condo and Infinity Bay for any family.

Beautiful home-away-from-home oasis. Balcony with hummingbird feeders is a perfect way to start the morning. Centrally located unit. Very comfortable beds. Roku TV for rainy days. Everything we needed. But, the greatest part of renting this unit is the incredible person who owns it. I was coming with my Dad and our travels were messed up and she went up and above to be so accommodating, understanding and kind. Checked in on us multiple times and couldn’t have been a better host. Roatan became even more lovely this trip. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Victoria was super helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen (incl microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cups pots and pans). Would definitely stay there again.
