Welcome to this fabulous villa in Roatan located in the quiet area of Punta Blanca. This listing is the entire property with private use dock. This new construction property features 2 king bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with showers, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea from every room in the villa. The sundeck features both covered and open areas for enjoying the outdoors. An outdoor kitchen completes your experience. This also include 2 fully equipped casitas. Each casitas features a king bed, sofa bed, full kitchen, large bathroom and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Each casitas has a covered outdoor area plus a lower level sundeck with outdoor kitchen and plunge pool with waterfall. A concierge will make sure your vacation is the best ever. He will arrange available services such as a private chef, massage on the pool deck, dive trips and many available tours and activities on this magical island.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a patio and 4.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
