We stayed at Cocolobo from 31 Mar to 6 April 2019. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our room was the Keyhole. Beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea out from the windows/deck. Our room had a nice bed with a very firm mattress, TV, with a small wardrobe, A love seat with foot stools, 2 bar stools. The kitchenette in our room had a 2-burner hot plate, newer small fridge, microwave, and a toaster oven. The room was nice and very comfortable. We were able to go without using the A/C. There was a very good breeze and I think the setup is designed to take advantage of that. If screens were also available on the sliding glass door area, then even more breeze would be available. Screens were on all the windows. Depending on time of day, bugs were not an issue, but did need to close sliding glass doors before it gets too late to reduce/eliminate bug bites. Did well first several days. Not so well last few days. The walk to West End Beach was not long and only takes a few minutes. The beach is beautiful. There is also access to the water to go snorkeling from a hotel down the road. Both are nice. Plenty of restaurants and food “stores” to get things to eat nearby. Owner; Krys, and staff; Katy and Hilly, were friendly and helpful.

Very pretty property! Views were outstanding. The simple hot coffee and quiche were a nice touch. The common area with pool was charming but a little crowded.

Crys and her staff do a fantastic job of taking care of their guests. Whether it's the tasty hot breakfast, with coffee, juice, and fresh fruit or the many other amenities that are offered, you're sure to have a good time. They even have some loaner masks, snorkels, and fins, in case you want to try Roatan's world class snorkeling. The hotel boasts expansive views of the Caribbean that are breathtaking. This is a slow paced island and is perfect for leaving your cares and troubles (way) behind.

WIFI is not available in all rooms. Pool is small, however it is quant
