Great location of the hotel, they serve lovely breakfast, kunafa( an Arabic sweet dish must try from the kitchen fresh) rooms were neat and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Had a nice stay with family and friends.

Supposed to be one of the best hotels in the world, and the brand name is highly recognized. But, when it comes to Riyadh Crown Plaza, the reality is shocking. From my experience, the stay does not worth the money I paid. The hotel did not mention that there was construction going on in the building which causes extremely high noise. The staff member and their manager do not value their elite members. And when you report a problem, all what they do is the apology and a promise of a better experience the next time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

The hotel is still repairing in one side. But don’t get me wrong. It is one of the best luxury hotels for a cost. The clean rooms makes me feels that I have chosen the right place to stay. Ad the staff is very helpful and caring.

This hotel gave me mostly a good experience. This in spite of the hotel being quite old and really a transmorphed Holiday Inn at this time. When the new main building gets ready this will be a real Crowne Plaza. But the staff did a very good job with the resources they had and my stay was mostly good. The only glitch was the restaurant where I was by mistake offered bread with gluten even after requesting glutenfree. And I assumed that the second offer was gluten free and ate it. Which resulted in a lot of itching that still goes on.. I am not sure if I got an IHG Aspire Elite room upgrade on my reservation, but this might also be due to lack of resources. A really nice touch was that they even called me about my request for gluten free bread for breakfast to confirm. Nice! And during breakfast I was always offerd glute free bread. Room oldish but clean. Personnel very polite and attentive. A good night's sleep. So all in all I will go there again when in Riyadh!

Very comfy beds, clean room and quiet, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. No shaded parking, gym space is very small with limited machines. The WIFI connection was very good. Overall I love the stay.

The location is excellent. They have very good internet services as well (not always the case in KSA hotels). I enjoyed excellent service from Justin and his team who provide room cleaning and assistance services. Justin's team was keen on ensuring they catered to my couple of unique requests. The breakfast choice is also excellent. Ahmed and Benjie are a couple of the associates in the restaurant who provide top quality service. Their gym is quite small. And they don't have a pool. That would be my only concern if you are keen on swimming daily.

I like the location of this hotel as it is very close to my clients office in Riyadh. Hotel is neat and clean, rooms are nice, comfortable and relaxing thats what a business traveller looks for. Best thing is the Hospitality of the staff right from reception to the restaurant to the house keeping every one is nice and friendly.

In all aspects a really good service that goes beyond value for money. What deserves to be specially mentioned is the restaurant and its kitchen that offers the highest level of service and enjoyment for the pallet you could wish for. Food & Beverage Supervisor Mr. Johir Uddin Babar and his staff makes your stay a memorable one and makes you want to return to enjoy it again. Esbjörn Schönberg / Sweden

The rooms are renovated and now it looks luxurious 5 stars room with the modern style bed and the super clean bathroom and enough amenities that you dont need anything from outside Ill leave one star from the rating for the expensive prices of mini bar and room service

Very very clean rooms, freshly renovated from the looks of them providing you with all you might need and a super comfortable bed. Quiet and well located hotel with friendly staff. Would most definitely recommend it .
