Perfect location for business trips in Riyadh, the staff were mostly attentive and the rooms were comfortable although maybe a lit updating wouldn't go a miss. We arrived late and check-in was relatively simple although they have to take you over the road to another part of the hotel if you want a non-smoking room. Breakfast was good but simple.
We’ve been here several times.. we like the location and the quietness in the hotel. the staff are generally nice and friendly.. We never tried the restaurant though. only one issue we faced this time.. we booked 3 rooms and when checking in around 7 p.m only 2 room were ready and we waited more than 30 min. for the 3rd. not really a big issue but the room should’ve been clean since the checking in time was 4 hrs earlier!
Had an excellent stay in the hotel. Very nice people and service. Especially I have to thank Muklid & Shahazad from the front desk as they went out of their way to help me locate as well as took the trouble to accompany me to collect my bag which was misplaced in a mall. Its employees like them which make you feel safe and well when you are away from home on business!
The hotel lobby looks elegant. I've stayed in a standard 2 double beds. I really like the room. I had a very nice and relaxing sleep. You have nothing to ask for because the amenities are complete. Perfect for business trips.
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I made my reservation online and I asked for a non smoking room and when I check in to my room it was smelly and I talked to them to change it and they did. Staff are nice but the building is too old and dirty. The glass is blurry as a result of the dirts on it. To be honest, the breakfast was good.
Have stayed here for over 2.5 months in my 3 trips and must say I always felt at home all the while, thanks to the friendly staff who are always willing to go a step over to help. The rooms are neat and "classic" exactly to my taste. The A/C works flawlessly even under extreme outside temps of 50+. The icing on the cake was the food, just loved it. The bathrooms are spacious and all amenities present. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr Maxim, front desk executive Mr. Syed and the room boy Mr. Waqar who made my stay very comfortable. However, the TV was a letdown, vert few channels as option and with flickering screen, made it that much more undesirable. This problem I faced in 2 different rooms. The Internet is is very slow and unreliable with frequent disconnections, I really wish this is taken up seriously as this is 1 thing that is utmost important to many like me who are on business trips. Overall, a great stay thanks to the staff again!
Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful...its close to the airport too Has good amenities and the food menu is well assorted Recommended for business travelers for 2 to 3 nights ... duty manager always ready to offer help
Great hotel really friendly staff took a little bit to check me in but because they were look for a good room to put me in and the room is really good clean really comfortable bed and pillows Ac is great as well which is needed in Riyadh the bathroom water pressure in the shower is good but not great a bit low for my liking but other than that it's a really great hotel
Very bad staff specially the manger Ahamed Alenazy he called my wife interrogating her since the room was under her name , asking that the room serves staff told him there is a man interred her room and they could be in illegal relationships, the staff were spaying on us!! My wife told him that he is in the bathroom and he will come to show his docs ,but the manager could not wait and came right a way to the room like a seizure ! Even if this is the law in this country he doesn't have the right to spay on us and he should have asked for the documents earlier when we checked in ! He did not even apologize after showing the docs! Big no no!! Not comfortable! Paranoid staff and sick manager!
Most reception staff I had to deal with were unfriendly or indifferent. They barked rather than spoke and looked pretty miserable. Not a great experience I am sorry to say. They lacked professionalism and hardly made eye contact, never smiled, and were quite cold and unwelcoming.
