Gosh this renovation is stunning. This was the 7th property we stayed at in 10 days of travelling with our elderly parents and small dog. Rooms and bathroom are beautiful. Didn’t get to see the cottages but they looked impressive from the outside.

I stayed here in September 2025 and was really impressed. The room was super clean and modern, with everything feeling fresh and well-kept. The staff are friendly and responsive, and the young man at the front desk during check-in truly made the difference. He was so welcoming and helpful. For the price, this place was absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Rivière-du-Loup

First of all I did not think this hotel was worth the price we were charged- very overpriced. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The floor in the room was covered with fine white pet hair - my socks were covered with hair. The door was difficult to open and close due to the weather stripping being off. The pool was full of bugs and we had to make comments about this to get the attention for it to be cleaned.

Requested a room on lower level because my spouse has two knee replacements a charge of extra $20. Never did it on principle I asked what about wheelchair bound people. Response was they would look on site and see it has no elevator and likely not book. Terrible response. The heater/ac was so loud i thought my dead parents would wake. “So loud it could wake the dead”.
