The West Wing is the smaller of the two wings at The Orchard, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths spread across 3,000 sqft of comfortable, well-appointed living space. It`s designed to feel like a full home — not just a rental — with a chef`s kitchen, generous common areas, and a private entrance that keeps your group`s space distinctly your own.

Outside, you`ll share the full estate amenities with the adjacent Main House: double professional pickleball courts, swim spa, mature fruit orchard, playground, and basketball court.
The West Wing connects to the Main House through a single interior door — making it simple to combine both listings into the full 9-bedroom villa for groups of up to 30.
