From start to finish this is the worst property that I have ever been to with Orbitz. It’s the very first time in the years that I’ve been using Orbitz that I’ve had to call customer service and they were not helpful at all. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Then when I went up to the room, there was a Grocery basket in the way of the stairs. When I finally got there, I went to use the restroom and it would not flush. So I lifted up the bowl and it looks like a bag of meth in the tank. I took the picture to the front desk and they offered to let me stay in another room. I told them that I felt unsafe, but they would not give me back my money. They do have a nicer room but it still feels unsafe there. Everything looks a little dingy. I am very disappointed in Orbitz. This is not a seven. They need to redo the ratings.
The room looked and smelled like everything has just been remodeled. Very clean restrooms' and property in whole was very quite on the Friday night that I stayed at the property.
This property is deceiving to say the least. The pics online look great and maybe the exterior of the building at a glance to an extremely tired person looks ok but in reality the room was filthy. Stained floors and a badly stained arm chair to start. Globs of hair left on the shower walls makes me wonder if this room was even cleaned at all. Mildew tiled shower floor and a vent cover dangling from the bathroom ceiling above made me fear for my safety and the room smelled funky of course. There is a lot of foot traffic on the premises, riff raff, people riding through on bicycles and ned sitting in cars outside our door made it very uncomfortable for us to relax. I could get anyone on the phone and it wasn’t too late for me to try to get a refund and find another room. I will never be back, this place is not worth the money it charges for a week night. $100 a night is a rip off.

I thought it was a nice clean hotel. It was by a good restaurant. The staff was nice. My room however kinda scared me. The side tables and desk was dirty with old food/drink. Coffee maker had water in it. And I'm not too sure if the bedding was changed by the way it looked when I pulled back the blanket. My husband convinced me they had so we kept the room.
A bit upset at the fact that they gave me my room, but didn't bother to disclose the fact there was construction going on right below. I woke up early morning to the sound of loud banging on the walls and power drills. Ruined my morning. I understand they want to make a profit, but to not tell me was absurd. When you expect to sleep peacefully, but can't because construction was going all through morning is ridiculous. I wouldn't want to spend the night here again. A bit dishonest on the hotels part.
We never checked in. We arrived at 250 pm and check in was at 3pm. The staff tried to tell me I’d have to come back later because one family was ahead of me for a room with 2 queen beds. Then another staff tried to help but then said my room would take 40 minutes to clean. This place was extremely disorganized and I advised staff we didn’t not feel comfortable staying here. She canceled room with no penalty.
Location is good. Service is bad, chair for reading was bad replaced and was told the new one is good and after sitting for 15 mins, it went down and barely able to write.
Nice place good price. Would stay again. Good location. Nice pool
I did not like then saying that my room was ready and when I got to my room the floor wasnt vacuumed and the trash can wasn't emptied out and there was a used dirty towel on the floor
