⭐️NOTE: The pool cannot be heated . In the summer, the pool guy comes to clean it on Mondays and Fridays. The water is very clean, but because there are many trees around the pool, leaves constantly fall into it. We have placed a net by the poolside, so guests can scoop out the leaves themselves.😊

NOTE: Your fur baby is welcome in our home! If you plan to brings any Pets make sure to disclose this now to save on the Pet Fees! Pet Fees are $100/pet if reported before check-in and $200/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in.

The property was perfect for our occasion which was to host our Pink Pamper Party; an annual event where we pamper women that have been diagnosed with breast cancer. We did not use the pool, but it did make a good picturesque background. The house was very clean and the host and I communicated often. They were very clear on their rules and expectations. I will be renting this property again.

Fun and bright, but run down

We had a great time overall and really appreciated the host's excellent communication and service. The backyard is definitely a highlight—spacious and fun, especially for groups. Just a heads-up for serious pickleball players: the court isn’t full size, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The pool area has charm but sits under a pine tree, so it does get quite messy, and the pool isn’t heated. The home has a fun, eye-catching decor, though it’s a bit older and could use some updates. The kitchen had the basics, but if you're planning to cook full meals, it may feel a bit understocked. Beds were okay, though not the most comfortable, and a few items around the house were a bit worn or in need of repair. That said, it’s a fun and budget-friendly place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a laid-back vibe
